Le pongo una estrella porque no puedo ponerle menos.
Lo resumiré lo máximo posible. Compro unas zapatillas, me cobran 3,5 euros de gastos de envío, me llegan y tengo que pedir una talla más. Tras enviar varios emails, porque el teléfono no lo cogen, me mandan un enlace. Pago 5 euros más y ahora me dicen que, si quiero otras zapatillas, vuelva a hacer otro pedido y otra vez abonar yo los gastos de envío.
Total, que he pagado 8,5 euros en nada, enviando emails y llevando el paquete a un punto UPS… Vamos, una experiencia pésima.
Ah, por cierto, las zapatillas que devolví las encontré en una tienda física y más baratas.

The Shoes were sent with UPS
The Shoes were sent with UPS, I wasn’t at home and left it in a box. The problem was that I never get the QRS Code or the Code with 8 numbers. I couldn’t reach UPS ( or AI who was unable to answer the question) . That’s why I never saw the shoes and I can’t give a positive opinion. Maybe you can choose another company who left the items for the door.
I’m very disappointed.
