Wrong size - too small

Did not receive right size footwear. I even did expedited shipping. :(

The footwear that I received was not what was pictured in the ad. Very deceptive. I would not recommend your products to anyone and will not be purchasing from you in the future.

I ordered in March, and was given the wrong tracking number. The shoes never arrived and the company never offered to send another pair.

I tried to order my granddaughter a pair of horse clogs and ended up with a subscription to prime fitness. Not a trustworthy website. Scam. Scam scam

You, again sent the wrong size, no personal name, you are by far the worst merchant on the internet. You should not be allowed to sell anything, AND NO WE DO NOT WANT ANYTHING FROM YOU, YOU MESSED UP A LITTLE GIRLS CHRISTMAS, THEN AGAIN SCREWED IT UP ON YOUR REPLACEMENT WHICH TOOK FOREVER AND IT WAS NOT RIGHT EITHER

i ordered a men's 8, and they shipped
me an 11 and said it's my fault for
not checking the size chart. A men's 8
is a men's 8, what do I need to check
the size chart for? I clicked the MEN'S 8 on
the size!! Then they said nothing they can do.
Even if it's their screw up.

I have purchased 4 times so far and plan to purchase more times in the future. I especially love when I get a good coupon to add to my order.

I've still not received my items. I asked for a refund and I've not received the refund too. I have had an email going on with customer support for the past 6 weeks and they keep telling us there is a "gateway issue" and hence cannot issue a refund. It was the most horrible customer experience I've ever experienced. Please do not purchase from this company

Purchased through PayPal thinking my order would be safe! Wrong. In spite of receipts specifying that names be printed across top of foot where strap normally goes on crocs and instead names where sloppily written on toes through ventilation wholes so parts of names are missing and not even in the same place on both shoes! These are NOT CROCS! In spite of pics and receipts merchant refused to accept return or send corrected or offer any kind of compensation! If you trust these people you will get burned and PayPal will not help you!

WARNING You risk losing your money when you order from this company. Their customer service is absolutely awful, and they will make up nonsense to avoid doing right by the customer. They sent me the wrong size, and agreed to replace it after requests for pictures. But once they realized that all 5 pair were sized incorrectly, they refused to follow through with replacement. Their website says that a size 8 US will fit a 10.5" foot (which is what I have). They claimed that because the total shoe length (measuring the sole) was 10.5", they were in the right, and I was wrong. BAD BUSINESS! I was a repeat customer, and have bought many many shoes from them, but I'll never give them another penny. You have been warned

They will not reply to emails inquiring about your order. I’ve checked tracking and there are no further tracking information after several days. Terrible customer service. Requested a refund. If I receive my order I’m sure my 2 year old won’t be able to wear them

Don’t trust this company,
1. There not crocs like advertised, there is not one logo or imprint on there product showing they are crocs. Clogs are what they are claiming either leather or wood made, crocs are known for its flexible material.
2. So many defects in the shoe
3. paint smeared all over (unprofessional)
4. no imprint on what country they originated from ( Indonesia, China, Vietnam etc!!!!)
5. Plus size was wrong

Don’t purchase anything from footwearmerch. I placed order on 12-31-24,still waiting. Received a email stating that it was delivered on 1-24-25,which it was not. Then received another email dated 1-26-26 with estimated delivery date of 2-4/2-6.
On 2-7-25 received another email with an estimated delivery date of 2-12/2-14.
As of 2-24-24 it had not been delivered.

Your company is horrible you took my money and I don’t get my merchandise you said it was delivered and it was a lie horrible fraudulent company u will make sure no one I know will use you ever again

Horrible experience. They obviously didn't get my address right. My package ended up in a different city miles away. It got sent back to sender from there. Their customer service was a joke. I was told my package would be discarded if it got sent back. I purchased the package insurance from them which was obviously just a scam. I had to open a PayPal case on them which still isn't resolved. So to sum it up- I didn't receive the package I paid for, I spent valuable time arguing with them and opening a PayPal case, my wife didn't receive one of the Christmas gifts I got her, I got ripped off with the package insurance, I purchased from them in November and it's now February and this matter is unresolved.

I placed an online order on 12/11/24 for a Christmas gift for our granddaughter and I've yet to receive them. I've emailed them 3 times now and they keep saying the order shipped and tracking shows deliver "next week" but next week never comes. I have 2 tracking #s, one from their website tracking order support and a different one in the customer support emails. When I click the tracking link from the email response I just received it doesn't show movement since 01/06/2025. I've now asked 2 times for a refund but it hasn't been given.

😡I still have not received my order that i placed December 17th. They kept telling me I should receive it by a certain date and it did not arrive, then one of you said it would arrive by February1-3rd and I STILL have not received it. It has been in the same place on tracking since January 7th. If I am not going to receive my order I would like a refund of the full amount I paid. But I can't even get that.

This company has been very difficult to contact and get updates from. I would NOT recommend!
