Delv. Time of 3-5 days was a joke shoes didn’t fit and the method to exchange are a joke. After 3 weeks just gave to the less fortunate. Would not and will not buy from this company again.

Everything went wrong still haven't got my shoes I updated the address and I still did the same thing and it's been over a month c

I will set the whole shoes. They were hard. They were not what I paid for. I would like to have my money back and you can have those shoes back. The quantity is very bad.

You don’t receive calls, and your size chart is totally off grid…. for the headache that I received from back and forth messages, was not worth it. The two pairs of shoes didn’t fit!!! I decided to keep them, hoping to give them to someone that needs. YOU CAUSE me not to scroll through your site again this HAVE BEEN a BIG WASTED OF MY TIME!!!!

Credit card charged days of purchase.
Six weeks later no product.
THen an email saying my color is not available offering substitute. I said no and dispute the CC Charge.
Then I get a barage of emails begging to recind the dispute.
NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF CHINESE SCAM ARTISTS!

I never got my package. And they’re was not a place for me to request funding back or an update on it.

Arrived much later than promised and was described as an orthodic shoe and definitely is not! Also size seems much larger.

Purchasing from this company was the worse mistake. On there website they have a return policy, for them to tell me they are a third party company that orders from other companies and I can not return the item. I ended up disputing charges with my back sending all correspondence and receiving my money back do not buy from this company.

I’m not happy with it ,you gave a wrong size,it’s too big for size 7’1/3,you sent size 8,which is size 4 in china

The cowboy boots that we received after three months were fake. The where not real leather, not right size, cheap. Would like a refund because I can not wear them. I have to give them to goodwill. These boots are garbage. I will never order anything from this company again and tell everyone not to order your product. They are nothing like the discription or picture. They where all bent..didn't even come in a boot box....bad bad product and company

The shoes we received do not fit right. One if the shoes has a broken strap. Ive been waiting for a return label to send them back. Got email said they would only reimburse for the one have not heard anything else and no label or reimbursement. I will never buy on line again except at known stores that standby their products

The shoes I received on September the 3 were 2 sizes small, wrong color. DID NOT match the picture advertised. I am sending back and will not be ordering anything else from here.

Although it took a LONG time to get my order, when I did receive it my son was thrilled with his steel-toe sneakers that he can use for work. They keep his feet cool and safe. Recommend these - they are a great product but it will take a month to get them so keep that in mind.

Would not take returns overpriced never opened the box

I was sent shoes that looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. They were cheap and flimsy. They cost $80 for two pairs of shoes that I could have gotten at Walmart for less than $20 total. When I complained to the company, they wanted me to send pictures and explain what was wrong. This is a waste of my time since they know the kind of product they sell and they know that they misrepresent what they sell. I believe this company is actually a theft ring. You can either try to return the shoes at a steep cost to yourself in postage back to China or you can accept a measly discount. I'm not playing this game with them. They are liars and cheats.

Response time was great whenever I had a question. Love the shoes. Shipping took around 2 weeks but it was worth it.
