Sorry you were not able to use our app. (what was the issue?)

We have various ways for you to contact us;

(1) Live chat on footyamigo.com
(2) Email support (we send out welcome emails, so you could reply to any of them) or use the contact form on our website
(3) Twitter
(4) Instagram
(5) Facebook

We have checked all our emails and social media channels and we can't find any contact from you which means you did not try to contact us to report your issue first for us to help you before leaving a review.

If your phone number does not work to activate the app, it could be for various reasons; you might have entered the number wrongly, you (or someone you know) might have created an account wiht the same number and the system rejects it - but there's no way for us to know and help you without you actually contacting us using 1 of the various contact methods listed above.

Please send us email support@footyamigo.com or reach out on ANY social media platform and we will be able to help you.

Hello Lachezar Gergov, sorry you are having issues with our website.

Happy New Year by the way.

Our promotional emails always comes with "Update Mail Preference" at the bottom which allows you to remove yourself from the email list.

I just checked your name "Lachezar Gergov" on our database and it shows you do not have an active account, which means the app does not send you alerts and your account will get automatically deleted after 3 months of inactivity. (so you are unregistered from the website)

I believe when you say "unregister", you are refering to emails you recieve which we send out to everyone who have created an account on our platform. (feature updates etc), you can easily remove yourself from the email list by:

(1) Clicking on the "Mail Prefrence" in emails we send out and removing your self.
(2) Blocking our email from sending you emails.
(3) Unsubscribing right from your email app.

We have now sent you an email on the email we found of your name in our database informing you that we have manually removed your account and email from the email database.

It means a lot because since we launched FA in November 2021, it has been an uphill battle every single day!

We have learnt a lot and keep learning everyday. This was meant to just be a small personal project for me to match receive alerts on Telegram but it has since evolved to what it is today.

I am grateful to the amigos like you for believing in the product early on even when the features we had back then are nothing compared to what we have now. When we look back at the features we launched with in 2021, I laugh because we've really come a long way from there and there's still so many things to be built in the pipeline. I believe strongly in continuous improvements, so there’s still so much to be done.

The end goal and mission for creating FA is to provide the data and stats that helps people make smarter and well-informed betting decisions and the amigos are helping us achieve this end goal by giving suggestions, feedback and requests. This is why customer support and listening to the amigos is huge for us because we can’t build the “perfect” product without speaking to the people (amigos) who use the product.

Once again, thank you so much. I don’t think you know how much this review means to me and the FA team. Let me give you a clue; IT MEANS A LOT!

It feels good to receive a pat on the back. Now, inspired to keep building and making Footy Amigo better and better for the amigos.

Thanks for the review and for using Footy Amigo. We appreciate you amigo.

About the time alert was sent (15mins), this is set by you in your strategy. For PreMatch strategies, you can choose to be alerted either 15mins, 30mins or 1hour ahead of the match. Or you watch this video to see how to get the matches up to 24hours ahead https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_qO6w438hjU

Firstly, thanks for actually using Footy Amigo and giving it a try. We are still relatively new in this space and still working everyday to make Footy Amigo the perfect tool on the internet for football traders and bettors.

From your review, it sounds like you are still very much new to Footy Amigo and still on a 7days trial account, which means there are still a lot of things you haven't used yet, but the fact that even though you are very new to the platform and on a trial account - you already have good things to say about Footy Amigo means and says alot!

So, thanks for that.

Footy Amigo works for all leagues and being on trial does not limit your access to any leagues on the fixtures page (you have access to all leagues as a trial or Pro amigo)... the issue with that league (and the Brazilian league) not showing stats is because our in-house "Fixture Updater Bot" failed to upload some stats yesterday so a small number of leagues were affected which made them not show stats, we already found the bug yesterday and the dev team is already working on it today and it will be fine before the end of today. (it would have been done yesterday but as it was Sunday, it was pushed to be worked on today - Monday)

By the way, we have a 24/7 live chat on our website footyamigo.com where we are available to answer any questions you might have regarding your use of Footy Amigo.

I am glad you finding our tool useful :)

About the explore page, yes - you are right. We actually made some changes yesterday whereby any strategy that is copied without being edited or updated will not show on the explore page. So, rightnow - only edited and updated copies are shown.

We've also been working a much better and smarter explore page called "Amigo Copier", this will allow the amigos to see 100s if not thousands of already tested and profitable strageies from other expert amigos and be able to copy it with one click. You will be able to see things such as profits, ROI, strike rate, hit rate and more.

This feature has been in the works for the past 2months and will be ready very soon.

Also, BackTesting for inplay strategies is in the works and we are so excited about this. When we launched, we always knew backtesting MUST be created but we've had to first perfect backtesting for PreMatch first, now that prematch backtesting is perfect, we are going all in on backtesting for InPlay strategies.

Once we launch this, the sky is the limit because it will add so much value to the amigos! We can't wait!!!!

I'm not sure if you are a real user of Footy Amigo or not because we checked your profile and every review you've ever posted are all negative reviews (and we couldn't find a Sheldon in our database)

Regardless of that, Footy Amigo is not about "past stats". Anyone who lands on our website FootyAmigo.com can instantly tell it's way beyond stats or data.

Here are just some of the features of Footy Amigo:

1. PreMatch Strategies (& alerts):

This allows users to create unlimited prematch strategies with stats and data points you CAN'T FIND ANYWHERE else on the internet and then be alerted on your phone when matches that meets those rules are found.

We have 100s of high level stats and data points accross Goals, Corners, H2H, Streaks, Halfs, Cards, Odds, Predictive Algorithim powered by AI and more.

After creating your strategy, you go by your day and Footy Amigo does all the heavy lifting for you and sends you alerts when matches that meets your strategies are found, saving you so much time and energy and because this is all powered by tech, it means there's no room for human error.

You CAN'T get this level of stats, data points, access and ease of use on google or AiScore. (or any website).

Why? Well, because you can check yourself.

PS: We love AIscore but just like every other mainstream stat website like them, all you can do is check "scores" and "scanty stats" which adds no real value when it's time to trade or place smart bets.

(2) InPlay strategies (& alerts):

Just like Prematch strategies, users can created unlimited InPlay strategies with live data and stats and be alerted when matches that meets those rules and stats are found so that they can place smart bets.

e.g "Send me an alert when there's a live match where the time of the match is 40th mins, the Shots on Target of both teams is more than 5, there are 0 goals scored and the odds for over 0.5 goals is 2.0 or above."

This is just a simple example but you can already see the power of that.

You surely cannot just "use google for that or an excellent free app called Ai score."

Besides creating InPlay strategies with live stats, users can even take things to another level by adding prematch stats and data.

(3) Backtesting of Strategies:

This feature further helps our users bet with confidence by giving them the ability to go back up to 1 year ago to see how their strategy would have performed in the past and then exclude leagues that have performed poorly to the set of rules and stats set in their strategy.

You can create a strategy and instantly see if it's going to be profitable or not before you stake any dime in real life.

I can keep going on and on about the features provided by Footy Amigo but all this is not news because you can easily see this on our homepage or if you have an account.

Actually, before rounding up, here are some more features:

Streaks Page, Betting Systems page, Bet Builder Page, Fixtures page and the new ValueFinder etc.

And the most important aspect is the community of amigos! Anyone can import, clone or copy strategies from other amigos who have made their strategies public. So, if I see a strategy that has a high strike rate or hit rate, I can easily copy that to my account with one click.

It's very clear that FA provides services and features you can't just "use google for" or "use free apps for"

Hello Rex, sorry to hear about your experience.

However, Footy Amigo is NOT a prediction website.

We do NOT provide tips or prediction, we are a platform that provides stats and data and people make use of these stats and data to make informed betting decisons BUT we do not provide any tip or prediction.

The streak page you mentioned for example does NOT provide any prediction. It's a page that shows you teams that are on a STREAK in various categories (so for example, one tab shows you "Home Teams" that are on a streak of having 1 goal or more goals during first half in the last 10 games for example)

That information is NOT a prediction that they will have 1 or more goal in their next match, it just shows you what has happened in the past for the teams and you can use that information however you please.

Here's an example, if you go to google and it shows that it has rained in London 5 times a week for the past 4months. This does NOT mean it will rain 5 times next week, does it?

So, if you take an umbrella out throughout next week in anticipation of rain and it didn't rain, would you blame google for showing you the information that it rained 5times a week for the last 5 months?

No you wouldn't because they only show you information of what happened on a streak and this is not a prediction of what will happen in the future.

So, like I said above - Footy Amigo is NOT a prediction website. Its a platform that provides stats and data.
