Refund after return not completed. Untrustful seller. Waiting >30 days 315.23 EUR refund. no answer from seller

needed some engine parts and deck bits. forboat.eu had decent prices, easy to order and arrived quick. well packed, no issues. will buy again.

Extremely poor and aggressive customer service. Do not buy from this company.

Please be aware. Do not engage with this company. The company has no customer care. As for the MD Luis, hes a law to himself. If you make a mistake with an order, and cancel it they will charge you a 30% cancellation fee, Just shocking!!!! Words for this company escape me.

Tried to order a fridge. Got suspicious during the process. Tried to clear things our, but didn't get answers, only a rude and offensive one. The fridge would never had arrived with me; it seems it was already sold to another customer... Glad I didn't pay in front!

I recently bought a sink for my campervan from this store. The sink arrived wrapped in only a bit of plastic wrap, and was completely damaged during transport (dents and a bent corner). I filed a complaint the same day and included photos.
After contacting the seller, I was told I had to report this to the carrier. After doing so, I heard nothing. I contacted ForBoat again (about five weeks later), and they told me I had to return the damaged one (at my own expense) and that they would then send me a new one. I explained that I had already bought another elsewhere because everything was taking so long and I was going on vacation with the campervan, and asked if I could get a refund.
Since then, I haven't heard anything. It'been taking 4 months now.....

Replies take a very long time, and ultimately, they take no responsibility. I will never buy from them again.

Ce site ne tient pas ses engagements en termes de délais.
Ils étaient déjà très longs dès le départ, mais je n’étais pas trop pressé.
Je laisse passer la date d’expédition annoncée lors de la commande, et je demande quand je serai enfin livré. Réponse laconique : quand ce sera en stock, prévu début décembre 2024. La date passe et je demande l’annulation et le remboursement de ma commande : aucune réponse.
Conclusion : ce site est un genre d’arnaque, qui vend des produits qui ne sont pas stockés (aucune mention explicite lors de l’achat), qui fait croire que les frais de port sont gratuits (vous les découvrez sur la facture) et qui ne vous rembourse pas une transaction non effectuée !

ARNAQUE !!! A éviter absolument ! J’ai passé une commande de 448€ le 11 avril et une semaine après, lorsque je demande des nouvelles, la réponse est que j’ai accepté un délai de livraison de 20j ouvrés bien caché dans les conditions générales.
J’admets ne pas l’avoir vu et je décidé donc d’exercer mon droit de rétractation, résultat ? Il me remboursent seulement 70% en gardant 30% ce qui est parfaitement illegal in France !!!
Je vais passer par voie légale mais je suggère d’éviter ce site.
