Failure to honor their own policies
We are extremely disappointed with the service or lack of from this company. We made a valid claim that was approved for payout, but since then, it has been a nightmare of misinformation and silence. Every time we call, we are given a different story or told there is a 'technical issue' with the payment. Itâs clear they are just fobbing us off in hopes that we stop calling. Avoid this company!
