Great service and very helpful staff. I’m truly thankful for all their support!

I canceled my membership and they still took my money. Not happy.

i was Signposted to the support page offered by Forces Online, and although the team couldn't help my needs they were sympathetic and offered encouragement.
They listened to my grievances and offered the correct support and re sign posted me to a department that can assist me.

This is a great organisation for as veteran. Very helpful and understanding with the problems we are all facing due to our service.

I contacted Forces Online, as i was a really low ebb, I am still grieving after 10 months the loss of my wife. I submitted a self referral, and was quickly in touch with them. I was signposted to a support group, with a personal recommendation. Quick and very efficient support.

Force's online came to me in m hour of need, i was ill for basically 1 year, blood clots then pneumonia, lost my job due to the time off, i was given a laptop by forces online to help in my search for a new employer. Cant thank Forces Online enough.

Forces online came through with a laptop for a veteran I am supporting so swiftly. Just having a laptop has allowed him to move forward with the positive changes he wanted to his professional life. He has already completed an online course, enrolled on another as well as applying for jobs and created a CV. Forces Online are a great charity and I could not recommend them enough.

I utilised Forces Online to acquire a mobile phone for a homeless veteran under my care, and the experience was exceptionally smooth from beginning to end. Communication was outstanding throughout. Where to begin with this! I went through Forces Online eighteen months ago. I came to Forces Online on recommendation from COMBAT STRESS. I was discharged by NHS CPN having completed all available psychiatric therapies (CBT, EMDR, CFT).

Forces Online:
I bought into the idea that I was going to get a full-time job, make my life better, and go about my daily routine, having completed all that the NHS & COMBAT STRESS had instructed. I received one-to-one support via Zoom for job searching, networking, CV writing, and CV tailoring. The support I was given was fantastic. I had a lot of homework; I was committed to completing it. I had taken ownership of my recovery process, and I was being supported by Forces Online in my attempts to achieve my aim of getting a job. The one thing that got in the way of countless job applications and job interviews was the medical declaration. I was further supported by Forces Online in one-to-one Zoom Meetings and we reworded the medical declaration. I applied for a very high-profile job that I had every qualification for. I ticked every box! Forces Online helped me go through interview techniques and helped me with my application. I attended the interview; I was informed that thirty-four people had applied, and I was one of seven selected for the interview. I was told that I had had a good interview, and I felt that things were falling into place. I got through the medical declaration and used the rewording that my PTSD is at a low level, and it is managed in every aspect. I didn’t get the job. I was at my lowest point when Forces Online took another active step in supporting me through CPN. For me personally, daily living was just an existence, and I was falling deeper into low self-esteem, depression, frustration, and anger. Forces Online took an active part in addressing my daily welfare while I attended weekly CPN meetings with Forces Online. Forces Online helped me to get through my application to DWP for PIP and I know of two instances where Forces Online were working behind the scenes to make my life better. I am now fully medically retired, and I am supported by an Assistance Dog. All my finances are squared away, and I am sustaining a far better frame of mind. Forces Online played a crucial role in accomplishing a great deal of where I am today. Please note that the documented evidence you have just read is recorded with the NHS and was considered during the medical retirement process with an NHS GP.

I use Forces Online on a regular basis, as I work work veterans as part of my job role. Many of the veterans that I support have no phones or access to one, meaning they become even more isolated. Forces Online are a speedy service that provide a vital lifeline to our armed forces veteran community. 1st class, cannot recommend them enough.

As a caseworker for Op Nova i vcant recommend Forces Online enough for their , professional immediate response when i requested mobile phones for veterans who had no finances or means of contact.

I was then able to casework the clients and refer agencies in , all thanks to the superb organisation that is Forces Online , thanks Len and the team

I contacted Forces Online to request a SIM card for a veteran who had been struggling to maintain contact with family and health care professionals. The whole process was seamless and easy to do. The veteran received confirmation of the request and the SIM card was with him two days later. Amazing service!

asked about a phone could'nt believe it when i was told my phone would be with me lass than 12 hrs later an yes it was that quick, able to phone my kids and get the help i needed

I recently requested a phone for a homeless veteran so that he could engage more effectively with SSAFA while we tried to get him some more support. The phone was ordered on the same day and arrived the day after which has allowed to make huge progress already. Great service - so much appreciated.
