Brilliant resource for the ford owner.

Bought a car about a month back and the radio was just displaying "CODE", Got no booklets with it etc, so went to Ford.

With only having only the V5C, they didnt trust that as proof of ownership, and said only thing we could do was purchase another radio.

Looking at double DIN units, cost was getting significant for the occasional drive and then found this site.

Many, Many thanks for this. Got the radio back, shame about hte content, but can now pop a CD in at least.

The most common reason is the serial number: some Ford radios carry two different serials (for example one on the label and another on the chassis), and the code only matches the right one. Please email us at info@fordradiocode.eu with your order ID and a photo of the radio label – we'll check it and send you the correct code free of charge.

Awesomeness - the code worked 1st time.
It was a little awkward working out the serial number from all the stickers on the radio however that's nothing to do with this service
