Bought the electric FM4DDE compact wood chipper. Superb little machine which takes up little space and can be easily moved around. Follow through the instructions and assembly is a breeze. Make sure you’re using a 2.5mm2 cable as outlined. So far been chipping mango and citrus mulch a few days old and I’m pleased with both the power this motor generates as well as the finely chopped material produced. Had a much bigger chipper in the past which output can’t even compete with this one.

The email turnaround time by the Forest Master Team was brilliant and the issue was resolved totally in no time at all. We also appreciated the politeness and humour with which the whole experience was conducted and unhesitatingly give them 5 stars!

Hatte auch gebeten, dass sie mir Ersatzmesser und das Spezialwerkzeug mit versenden sollten und das hat wunderbar geklappt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Bestellung. jetzt zu dem Häcksler, der einfach super ich habe den mit Elektromotor mit vier KW bestellt und er geht wunderbar.

Purchased a FM8DD chipper/mulcher, I purchased it from Amazon which was some £200 cheaper yet it's delivered from the company, I telephoned them before I purchased it but they wouldn't sell it me at the Amazon price, strange!.
Anyway the machine isn't bad for the money I would have liked a more popular engine like a B&S or a Honda but I'm sure it would cost more, cannot find anyone in UK stocking parts for this engine!
One thing on assembling the bearings in the wheels are a loose fit on the axle which means the bearings didn't turn but the bearing housing does, I put some bearing lock on to stop this, this is common for Chinese engineering.
Just one other thing, they could do with a handle to make it easy to move around.
These are only silly little things and overall I am very pleased with the quality for the price of the machine.

After a little use I need to update my review.
Whilst the machine works well I was suprised to see how badly the blades were damaged after just using it for a short while on small brash.
The chips in the blades were bent not chipped out like they would if the blades were made of hard material.
I checked the cutting edge with a file and found it was easy to file showing that the blades were soft, I have a larger professional chipper and you cannot file those blades.
I complained to the company showing them photos of the blades they said they had not had this before despite a person on YouTube showing he had very soft blades but he said the company had now changed them.
The company has sent me a new pair of blades and I tried these with a file and they are just as soft, I managed to file a v shape in the cutting edge.
So I have sent a photo of this to the company but they have done nothing about it.
I modified the machine by drilling some holes in the chassis when I received it to make some handles for it so now I cannot send it back which I would.
All I can do now is to try and get some proper hard blades made for it but these will cost me over £100.
Beware of this if thinking of buying one of these.

Got a call the day after the online purchase to arrange delivery date (I was able to choose) as a heavy pallet delivery. The delivery drivers rang me beforehand as instructed. No problems whatsoever.

The motor and pump that I ordered arrived on schedule and in good condition. It fitted my Aldi log splitter exactly and the whole unit now works fine.

Terrible machine the hydraulic fluid leaked all over and when I contacted them for repair they shouted at me and hung the phone up. This company is a scam, stay away!
