Although I had no direct communication with Forrest & Fell, just followed there website process. The footstool was made and delivered in the quoted time frame. The footstool is great and has not disappointed, just as the website showed and honestly better in person, couldn't be happier with the footstool!

From the initial ordering of samples to the receipt of the beautiful and well-made finished product, the service was professional and prompt. Thank you all very much. I love my footstool. 😊

I was seeking cushions and a footstool that were a little different and had an authentic feel to them. I ordered fabric samples first and was very pleased both with the fabrics and the shades. I contacted Ryan as the standard footstool was too high for me. There was no problem in making a slight alteration. The order was made in a couple of weeks.
The cushion covers are authentic Harris Tweed and very classy. The large footstool is covered in a pure wool from a different collection. Both fabrics are of excellent quality as is the footstool build.
Ryan is a pleasure to purchase from and I have no hesitation in recommending the workmanship, quality and customer service I have received.

I ordered 2 foot stools with the Harris tweed. They are for a gift for an older couple. They arrived so quickly, just under a week I’m sure it was. I had great communication with Ryan at Forest And Fell. They were extremely well packaged and protected. Very very good quality. You can tell even at a glance that they are high quality,It is not often you buy things online and get surprised with the great quality such as these, they are a great company to deal with. I loved the Harris tweed doorstop I got from First & Fell - it's gorgeous!

Delivery was a bit slow given the Christmas break and a delay in them getting the fabric in. However, when I contacted them they were very friendly and reassured me of the timescale for order.

I would definitely buy from this company again.

After searching through furniture shops in our area we had all but given up on our search for an affordable, well crafted, correctly sized foot stool.
That’s when we turned to an internet search and found Forest and Fell.
From the outset we realised that we were dealing with a company that showed flexibility, craftsmanship and a willingness to bend away from “these are our sizes, take it or leave it”
From our initial enquiry to receipt of our bespoke footstool Forest and Fell were exemplary in every aspect. Hats off to them.
