Hi Sam,

Firstly, thank you very much for placing an order with us, and I’m really sorry that your experience led to a one-star review.

I can see that this situation was resolved a few weeks ago, but I still wanted to respond here properly.

Your order was collected and shipped by Royal Mail shortly after it was placed, however unfortunately the parcel never arrived with you. After looking into the situation and chasing this with Royal Mail, it was confirmed that the parcel had been lost in transit.

Under normal circumstances we would immediately send out a replacement and deal with the lost parcel directly with Royal Mail on our side. Unfortunately, the set you ordered was the last one we had available in a size Large.

We did offer the Medium that we had in stock, but you quite understandably advised that it would be too small. Because of this, we processed a full refund for you straight away.

We also mentioned that if we ever manage to get another Large back in stock, we would contact you first before listing it again online so you would have first refusal if you were still interested.

I just want to apologise again for how this situation played out. Lost parcels are very rare, but unfortunately they can occasionally happen within courier networks. When they do, we rely on either Royal Mail updates or customers contacting us so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We truly appreciate you placing an order with us and we’re very sorry that this experience didn’t reflect the service we aim to provide.

We hope to be of service in the future to make ammends.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry for the confusion caused and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened.

Your order was briefly placed on hold after being flagged by our automated security checks, which required confirmation before dispatch. We did attempt to reach out via email, however our messages unfortunately landed in your spam folder, which led to a delay and understandable frustration.

Once we were able to connect and the details were confirmed, the issue was resolved promptly and the order was arranged for dispatch with tracking provided.

Thank you for your patience while this was sorted, and we’re glad we could get everything resolved for you.

Thank you very much for getting back to us and for confirming the details relating to your Trustpilot review.

Firstly, I’d like to apologise for the delay with your order - we completely understand how frustrating this can be, and we appreciate your patience.

I can see that your order was placed just before Christmas using our standard delivery service (4–8 working days). At that time, we were also running a Christmas guaranteed delivery service, which ended on the 22nd of December.

As this was a paid-for service with guaranteed arrival before Christmas, those orders were prioritised to ensure they reached customers in time, with standard delivery orders being dispatched shortly after.

Due to the Christmas and New Year period - including weekends and bank holidays - there were fewer working days than usual, which did result in a slight delay beyond the expected timeframe. That said, we do acknowledge that there was a delay with your order, and for that we sincerely apologise.

We never like our customers to experience delays, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Thank you again for your order and for your understanding.
