Wanted to upload a client's work for their caller tune. I didn't know their policy says one cannot. I wrote to them tried to tell them that I didn't know they wouldn't allow it. Requested them to do a refund since the song was not processed but they did not oblige. Pretty disappointing.

They are fast in uploading songs in almost all platforms, prompt to respond to mails or calls,friendly. My experience with them has been ,touchwood !! Soo good.

I have uploaded two songs using your platforms only for CRBT facility and didn't get callertune for JIO users. What is this guys. in the reply of my email you guys always say that i will get my song as callertune for jio also within few days...but didn't get it though.
