This company was untrustworthy, holding onto my money, but "Člotter’’wave’’ stepped in and retrieved my funds.

After spending a significant amount of time and money testing and working with the ForexKing Expert Advisor, I feel obligated to share my experience for the sake of transparency and to help others make an informed decision.

To start, I purchased the ForexKing EA with genuine optimism. The marketing claimed a highly sophisticated algorithm capable of scanning the markets, identifying the most opportune moments to enter trades, and managing risk with intelligence and precision. Unfortunately, after running the EA across multiple accounts and investing several thousands of dollars beyond its purchase price, I can confidently say that the product does not operate as advertised.

The core issue is that there is no observable advanced scanning or intelligent decision-making happening in real time. Instead, the EA appears to follow a very rudimentary strategy:
• It opens a position without any clear indication of market analysis.
• If the trade moves in the right direction, it simply rides the momentum.
• If the trade moves against the account, the EA repeatedly opens additional positions to average the price, essentially a martingale-style system, not an intelligent trading algorithm.

This is extremely concerning, because it does not reflect the strategic, data-driven, or risk-managed system that was promised. Instead of identifying high-probability entries, it seems to rely on luck and hope that the market eventually reverses. This behaviour is dangerous, especially for accounts that cannot withstand large drawdowns.

Across every account I tested, the pattern was identical:
there was no real scanning, no adaptive strategy, and no dynamic market analysis—just repetitive entries until either the account recovered or it blew up.

After months of testing, I am left with the conclusion that the EA’s actual functioning is nowhere near the level of sophistication advertised. I truly feel misled, especially considering the significant financial losses incurred while attempting to give this product a fair chance.

There were also many a times of back and forth communication, where David would speak to me in a condescending manner putting me down and insulting my intelligence. He would claim that because of my mismanagement of risk, I would fail challenges. Even in those moments of complete naiveness, I would listen to him and even keep the risk at 0.01 and not exceed opening 2-3 pairs and less during market events, which is well below the risk parameters. Regardless, I wasn’t able to clear a single challenge out of 7.

I am sharing this review not out of malice, but out of genuine disappointment and a desire to help prevent others from going through the same experience. In my opinion, the ForexKing EA is not the advanced algorithm it claims to be, and buyers should approach with extreme caution.

In addition to this review, I had sent an email to David because he’s claiming that I never asked for help. This isn’t remotely true and I am going to sift through my messages and email threads. But here is a copy and paste of how he speaks to me. I’ll attach a screenshot when I’m able to as well.

You bought the system on March 1st, 2023. It’s been almost three years.
Three years is not “recent.” Three years is “you disappeared and now suddenly remembered my email.”
You never checked in, never asked for help, never followed updates, and never used any of the improvements everyone else has gotten since 2023. That’s on you.
You don’t get to vanish for almost three years and then show up acting like you were misled. You didn’t follow anything. Your results are your own.
There is no refund on a custom EA after three years. That door is closed.

Update - there are multiple email threads in my inbox directly refuting David’s claims that I never asked once for help in three years. I’ll post these as my review goes live.

Hello everyone, as you all can see, David has responded in his usual “professional and kind” manner. This comes after he attempted to have my review removed by falsely claiming that I used expletive language - the irony speaks for itself. For clarity, I have extensive email communication with him from the time of purchase to about last year. I did not “disappear,” as he now claims. At this point, I don’t want a refund. I only want to make people aware of my experience and provide caution. He is not the professional he markets himself to be. He is dishonest through and through.

Thank you for your reply, Dave. For clarity and transparency, I’d like to restate my experience.
1. No funded account was achieved.
The ForexKing EA passed the initial FTMO challenge but did not complete the verification stage, meaning no funded account was obtained.
2. Policy not upheld as advertised.
The product was sold with a “lifetime license until funded” policy. As no funding occurred, I believe this condition was not fulfilled.
3. Review moderation attempts.
There have been several attempts to remove this review, all of which were reviewed and rejected by Trustpilot as the information provided is accurate.
4. Offer of a replacement license.
I was offered a free replacement license, which I chose to decline so that my original experience remained visible for others.
5. Product performance and feedback.
Based on my experience, the EA operates as a martingale system and struggled with volatility spikes, leading to losses during the verification stage.

Rather than attempting to discredit or suppress critical feedback, I believe it would be more constructive for Dave to focus on improving the product and demonstrating integrity through transparent results and verified performance.

In summary:
• The EA failed the verification stage, and no funded account resulted.
• The lifetime license condition was not honored.
• My comments are shared respectfully and factually to help others make an informed decision.

I was stuck before I found ForexKingEA. Dave guided me step by step and showed me how to make consistent progress. Grateful for the patience and support.

This experience has been awful and I discourage anyone from doing it. This is a martingale EA meaning once it enters a trade the market can completely reverse and there’s nothing going to stop the robot from continuing to enter until max drawdown has been hit. I was using this for 5 weeks, I had to step in twice before this would’ve happened. The stress is just constantly there because once it goes into drawdown you can’t help but think there’s no stoploss this could continue sending me into drawdown. Lo and behold, it did. It’s very confusing that Dave preaches protecting your capital, lowering your risk when the strategy he uses is quite literally the most risky strategy you can do. Plus it’s so bizarre that there’s no discord? If he knows so much about the market why isn’t he sharing knowledge or letting us communicate in a group forum? It’s because he’s lying about how many clients there are and lying about his knowledge. If you have a slight doubt about buying this, don’t.

Buddy you trying to convince people that you are anything more than a fake and a scammer you are delusional. Nobody is buying that you have an office in that fake address you have on your website. Don't try and convince people that your robot is anything more than a garbage $20 mt4 robot anyone can by. And don't try and say that I risked a lot or was trying to get rich overnight. I used the most conservative available and within 2 weeks My account nearly got blown. It was a 100k prop challenge and trades were opening with 0.01 lots so don't you dare use that trick. You are such a sad old man that you have to use AI in everything you do including this response. Good luck living the rest of your life as a lie

You are a complete joke, you have no assistance you work from your basement and you are responding to my accusations of you using AI with an AI generated response you imbecile! How dumb are you? This is the response I got just now when I asked your website AI (shock) chatbot what I should expect from the EA: With our Forex King EA, you can typically expect an average weekly return of around 10-15%, depending on market conditions and your specific settings. My experience has only been positive. Slow and steady progress with ForexkingEA on a prop challenge. Minimal intervention needed except when drawdown drifts a bit, and logically reduce lot size and number of open trades. It is a very consistent EA and Dave is very available via email if there are any questions.

1.Ths hypocrite lier tried to sabotage & take down this review claiming it was for anther company. Trustpilot refused.
2.Designed the bot only to lose account for reverse gains. No attempt made to resolve at all as claimed. Only met with abuse & contempt.
3.When asked to compensate for loss,threatened me wd restraining order.
4.White lies abt trade exit.Wasn't ever even 20 pips close to breakout.

I strongly suspect his prducts are REVERSE TRADING TOOLS to scam customers. The way it wiped my account of USD16000 in just 2 days.
The way tis martingale bot behaves,it will show you some profit initialy befor going into ful meltdown mode to wipe your acount off.And then this guy curses and abuses you with obscenities to extricate himself out of d situation. The disappointed customer walks away after the insults while he pockets al the money he has scammd.

One simple food for thought tht I realise now, if this guy were such a millionare flaunting stupid,hilarious phots on Instagram tht he keeps sending people, why wld he even bother to have the headache of dealing with disatisfied cstomrs. No millionaire rich boy wnts this headache.
He only does this because ths is his profession. Showing the stars to vulnerable cstomrs and then scamming thm off their money.Fooling people is his livelihood.

9 May: Mssages me day & night pitchin his product evn messaging at 4:00 in the morning DRUNK. Promises the best custmer service on phone,commiting to equity & drawdown protection on account, & safe profit making.All white lies as proven later.
Keeps sending me messges day&night to convince me with demo acount prformnce of his fraudulent bot leading upto 12 May.

12 May: After his constant coaxing & messgng to buy the products I finally give in foolishly end up buying the scam bot prducts on his words & comitments.With his cliched words 'I want my soldiers learn to fight before battle',proceeds to put the bot on a demo account.

13 May:Puts Gold King bot on demo acount with 0.05 lots with no equity or drawdown protection.By design, the bot showed superficial profit in account. He insists within days to put the bot on live account.

28 May:Being a fool and going on his insistence,I opened a USD 10,000 real money account wth IC markets.I inform this guy abt the new live account that and send him all details both on WhatsApp and on the email.
He guy replies again at 4:00 in the morning New York time that he will set up everything on my live account. (He has a knack of getting drunk & partying late from the money he scams through his scam bots & then rants & rambles on WhatsApp messges at odd hours).
Despite sharing all my live account details this guy was so out of his mind drunk that he sent me an EX5 file for MT5 rather than EX4 file for MT4 that I requested.I again reminded him tht I want an EX4 file for MT4.

I have 9 months of experiece working with this EA. I have failed couple of FTMO challenges and paid my tuition fees. I also own several other EAs including MMFunded Jay's EA and WAKA WAKA. Do not take for granted what I will say but respect my opinion and try to help yourself with the knowledge I share. At 995 forexking EA seems expensive. But if you consider the 350 MMFunded costs and the 2.000+ of WAKA WAKA at 995 forexking is a bargain. Amongst the three this is significantly more of a high frequency EA with around 300 trades per month using my settings, and expect a 3-4% monthly with a max drawdown of 2-3%. Equity protector can kill your progress so I ran it loose at 10% or 15%. I am keeping pairs to 3 or 4 and lot size at 0.3-1 per 100k depending on the forex news of the week and the risk I am willing to take. If drawdown rises significantly I cut all lots to 0.01. Still trying to get funded on FTMO. If you use the bot on something like the darwinex zero it could work great because there is no stupid daily limits. Remember: Drawdown is a way to build profit. It is like a spring compressing. It stores energy and when it expands it releases it. That's the relationship of drawdown and profit on this EA. During the calibration stage on darwinex zero the EA scored a 1.6% return and a 2.8% max drawdown. This places me in the top 25% there effortlessly, remotely with minimal interference from me. Do you think WAKA WAKA or other popular bots can do better? Try and see for yourself. My advise to Dave would be to try and scale his business , so that the support becomes better. I understand he might feel overwhelmed trying to answer thousand requests from email. He is smart , decent and I think he will adapt eventually. The EA is decent and I suggest you try and see for yourself but be careful with the equity protector feature that can kill your progress. Loosen this and let it manage risk. It can and will do better.

Dave is a fantastic person. He responds to assistance questions immediately. I have tried many robots but this one is really very professional. Analyze complex market dynamics and make excellent profits with low DD. Well done!

When I first purchased the bot I was excited to see the potential of what it could accomplish. But after a couple months I have been let down time and time again. This EA will do well for about a week and then hit Daily drawdown effortlessly until max drawdown is hit. I have followed all instructions and details and still I have failed 2 challenges and it just doesn't seem to work. If you want to make money trading just take the money and get a mentor and learn to trade. Maybe it's just these market conditions as of late but after watching this Ea perform for a couple months I am not very happy and have currently wasted to much money. Get a mentor and learnt to trade instead. Also once you buy the bot you are basically on your own, no guidance just the same old speech about a fast car needing a good driver..
