I cancelled my membership over 3 months ago yet they continue to charge my card every month. I’ve emailed support repeatedly with no clear response or refund. Really stressful and unprofessional billing practice.

This company is nothing short of a scam. They stole money from my card without permission and had the audacity to claim they refunded it — it’s been over 8 days, and there's still no sign of my money. This isn't just bad service, it's outright fraud. Their support team is useless, full of empty promises and zero accountability. They prey on honest people and then lie to cover their tracks. Disgusting business practices — avoid them at all costs. They deserve to be exposed and held responsible for robbing their customers.
They are scammers once u put your card details they keep on taking money from your account
Customer service is the worst experience ever. They gave out my phone number and I was badgered night after night with people calling me from UK, Australia and Canada offering me value added propositions none ofm which I wanted to listen to. I tried to cancell my subscription 5 emails no response, Phone 3 times but just got voice mail, tried chat whatsapp just no response. Questionable business. I have cancelled my credit card today to ensure no more payments.
Their picks seems to be contrarian to the market, if they say Buy and you intend to Sell then ok. But I got an order to BUY USDCAD and another advisor told me to sell, so I Sold and made $ but if I would have bought then I would have lost.
Forex signal.com is a fraud, a cheat and a liar.
I subscribed to their free trial for 7 days, they sent me signal for only two days, which wiped my account. I sent a message that I don't wish to continue with their signal, before I knew it, they used my credit card details which I used on their site to steal money from my account. I appealed to them to refund my money but they didn't. My their business scatter .
