Super upset, got my glasses that cost over 400 dollars first I received them broken. Once I got those replaced the new ones messed up first the lens came out then they broke right in the nose piece. Never again will I order from them.ð©ð€¬

They have been around for years always bought from them left because insurance would not cover 20 years later am back there Lense qualify has gone down hill they have different companies doing there lense bad bad quality 500 dollar on glasses and lense is coming out of the frame so horrible never again am done thatâs not mentioning scratches never have I had this happened in the years I have worn glasses corp did take care of that very thankful for that one I hope they really go to a better company to make these lense

I am writing to formally report a negative experience I had at your Deerfield Store. I was disappointed by the service provided by Mr. Ricardo whose conduct was dismissive and prioritized a potential commission over my needs as a customer.
During our interaction, the associate repeatedly brushed off my specific questions regarding prescription glasses and my insurance and refused to listen to my requirements. Instead of providing the requested information, they pressured me toward a high-ticket item that did not meet my criteria. When I attempted to redirect the conversation to my actual needs, the associate became visibly impatient and eventually walked away while I was still speaking.

I had a very disappointing experience at Four Eyes in Coral Springs. I came in with a $300 insurance credit and was told that I could not take advantage of any sale prices. Even after choosing a closeout frameâwhich was not a sale itemâI was told they still would not honor the reduced price.
In the end, despite having a $300 credit, I would have ended up giving them an additional $250 in profit and only receiving a $50 benefit from my insurance. The pricing practices felt completely unreasonable and not customer-friendly. I left extremely frustrated and will not be returning.

Utilizan publicidad engañosa para atraer a los clientes, cuando llamas para sacar el appointment, y preguntas si aceptan tu seguro, chequean y te dicen que si, una vez en el lugar te enteras que el Dr no lo acepta y que solo lo aceptan para este hagas los lentes con ellos, pretendiendo entonces que pagues la consulta para que te vea el médico, al final es una trampa, me pasó hoy 10/13/2025 a mi, salà bien molesta y perdà mi tiempo, pero por mentir vilmente me marché del lugar, no soporto las mentiras ni las publicidades engañosas

They didn't measure my lens correctly the first times and I took them back to be replaced and picked them up about 10 days later and they still was not done correctly. I would not recommend!

They have had my money for almost 3 weeks, I still have no order.

The Excellent service at Naperville
The staff at the Naperville location were all so good. Not enough superlatives to describe Dr. Rena Ostbloom. Excellent, knowledgeable, helpful and so friendly. She is the very best. A huge thank you to Eric who was an enormous help in picking out my new frames and the right vision package for me. I havenât been this pleased or have seen so well in new glasses in years. Eric went way above and beyond in fitting the glasses and explaining the differences in the packages you offer as well as the price difference. And in finding the right, best frame for my face.Both he and Dr. Ostbloom. offered good advice and helpful suggestions. My glasses are perfect in every way as was the help and service I received. Not since MaryJo was manager have I been so pleased. Dr. Ostbloom and Eric are so good at their jobs and Iâm so grateful they were both working the day I was there. Their help was invaluable.

The lens of my wifeâs glasses popped out of the frame while we were on holiday. We didnât dare to put it back in ourselves as the frame needed heating to soften the plastic. We went to the shop in West Greenwich and we were helped by a very friendly employee. She didnât charge us, just asked for a nice review.
