The watches are fantastic quality and look amazing, and really eye catching. Looks and feels like it would cost thousands but instead is really affordable and fantastic value for money.

I have had so many comments about the original watch I bought, I have since bought 2 others from their range.

Mine stopped working after less than 2 years. Watch repair shop said not worth fixing based on what you paid for it. Very disappointing.

I already have four F&F watches and i waer them almost daily. Good quality, fair price and gets you compliments. If you order from the EU, keep in mind that duties may apply. I had to pay import duties of 19% of the watch price + 8€ FedEx processing fee. Also the delivery of my latest order took quite a bit longer than expected, because I preorderd a watch that was not in stock at that time. Instead of the expected 2 weeks it took almost 2 months. However, the customer service always replied to my requests and kept my up to date regarding the delivery. Eventually I recieved the watch and what can I say. I love it. Keep up the good work!

Customer service from these guys are 10/10 had an issue with my watch and I was happy if they just fixed it. But MORGAN BAYFIELD, give this person a raise, helped me out a lot and now I’m excited for my brand new watch to arrive.

Had a repair / warranty issue with a watch that I bought and love. Morgan in the customer service department, was prompt and extremely helpful in eventually having a new watch sent to me. I would recommend Forge & Foster to anyone due to Morgan's assistance.

Mine stopped moving just over 3 years. When email to ask about repair, was told to bring to local jeweller for repair. You are on your own when warranty is over. I wouldn’t buy it again for a watch just over 3 years old and with no service support.

What more can I say about this company they are simply amazing the watches are beautifully designed and the prices for the quality u are getting is is unreal I have just Purchased my third watch from them and I have never had no complaints the customer service is the best I have ever experienced always reply to emails and they have always gone out there way to help with my inquiries I am a real customer and I don’t usually leave reviews for things but I just had to because this company should get all the recognition for there hard work

The customer service is very congenial and responsive. They have worked with me every step of the way to handle an exchage. Am very pleased.

The customer service is just outstanding. I've had their watch for around 2 years, once the strip broke, so I contacted them. They sent a new strip with tools to replace it myself. After 2 years of wearing their Titan X-Centurion daily, the rotor started having issues and it wasn't charging the watch properly. Therefore I contacted them again and got a brand new watch as a replacement just day after I sent back the old one! Watch itself is amazing as well, always getting compliments from random people of how it looks. Totally recommend and will be buying another watch from them at one point! 👍

First Class customer service received following an issue with my Rogue watch. My watch was nearly 2years old and yet a brand new one was sent out to replace it within 24 hours. Great communication throughout with super quick replies to my emails. The new watch was sent out to me on proof of posting the faulty one alone to ensure I received the new watch in time for my holiday.

Just purchased my Forge and Foster Spectre Silver and wanted to drop a note that I'm highly impressed. The social media, website, and advertising caught my eye, then the offered discount code made me take the plunge. I ordered on a Sunday, and received it that Thursday. The quality and craftsmanship greatly exceeded my expectation. I'm highly impressed by the product, and the experience as a whole. The follow-up emails were also a nice touch. Great job by the Forge and Foster team.

Excellent customer service at Forge & Foster. My watch developed a fault (as mechanical things sometimes do) after about a year and it was replaced without issue with return carriage paid for. It was quick and easy. The watch is self is also excellent. Stylish yet affordable. Despite the issue - it’s a great quality product.

Outstanding quality for the price and so unique. The internal mechanism is epic! I will probably buy another one in another style!

Hello! I am a costumer from Sweden! I love these watches, i had a problem with one watch that broke, but the company helped me asap! They did not make me feel neglected, they really offered great costumer service so i can can keep slaying with these watches from Forgde&Foster. So in short if you love watches, either automatic och Quartz, you as should turn to Forge&Foster for good quality watches, that are not overpriced!

Problem arose with the original watch however the service I received from the support team was tremendous. Replacement watch on route the same day as I sent back the original. Excellent service.
