Really liked the selection of rings and the idea behind free exchanges for ensuring the right fit. I was unfortunately disappointed with the quality of the ring when it arrived though. It looked scuffed and worn on one side. I'm unsure whether this was a manufacturing issue or whether I was sent a previous return. Either way, I refunded my ring and will look elsewhere.

Highly recommend Forge and Lumber, from the service, delivery, packaging and quality of their rings everything has been absolutely incredible.
The silicone ring that came as a little extra was a super thoughtful touch.
The canon ring was brought for my husband for our ten year anniversary, the little background story about the canon was the reason I chose it as it has a special memory as Edinburgh was the first holiday we went on as a couple.

I cannot recommend more highly. Firstly, the "Glencairn - 6mm" ring is absolutely stunning, the quality is fantastic, the wood is super smooth, the product itself is amazing. But secondly, the service of the team is amazing, Dani was quick to respond, friendly, helpful & fair. I'm really glad I found them!

Had to send back twice due to incorrect size. They did not add any charge for this so was very happy about that.

One downside is their ring size tool is not a good reflection of the actual size, still overall happy

Due to having a lot going on at home and being generally a bit useless I've had to send it back four times to get the right size, Forge and Lumber were extremely sympathetic to my situation and have provided me with peace in mind throughout the exchange process. I now have the ring in the right size and am happy that I have found the right one for my wedding day 🙂 Good company, good customer service.

Side note - The product itself is really lovely. I'm not exactly an overlay masculine man but I was looking for something less traditional for my wedding band which still suited me. Me and my fiance are very happy 🙂

Cannot rate the company high enough, the quality of the ring and the customer service was excellent. I ordered the ring and quickly realised it was too big, asked if I could exchange the ring for the smaller size and at no point was there a problem. Dani messaged regularly and the process was easy and FREE to do so. If, like me, you want a different style ring to the usual but of equal quality - Forge and Lumber is the place to go to.

I ordered my partner's wedding ring from Forge and Lumbar. They sent a ring sizing kit out first so we could get the right size. The ring is beautiful. The service was brilliant. I'm really pleased.

My wife bought me a new wedding ring to replace my old one that was now too big. I chose the 'Bonnie' ring & it is beautiful and so different to plain rings. The packaging is very nice, with a wooden box. Unfortunately, I chose a size too small but Forge & Lumber were brilliant. They sent out the next size up for me to try, before sending the wrong sized one back. We were on a tight schedule, as we were going away in a week, plus it was their busiest time, just after Christmas. The new size arrived in plenty of time. I have had many comments on the ring, all positive. Highly recommended.

Honestly some of the best customer service I have received. The attention to detail was outstanding. Sending out the ring sizer, the ring itself, then me needing a size change, so they sent the ring again in the new size just to be safe, then the end product with engraving. The product itself is outstandingly beautiful, especially for the money.

Great from start to finish. Had to exchange for the size up. After this was sent, I had to try and confirm before they engraved. As usual, I left it very close to the big day but the customer service and communications from them was excellent. They promised to get it done quickly and sent back on 24hr tracked and the following day it was with me, with 3 days to spare!
I spent months looking and after seeing the reviews on Forge and Lumber, I decided to try myself and im so glad I did. I can't reccomend them enough. Thank you!

The ring I pick for my wedding is just amazing. Nothing was to much trouble
I had to send the first one back due to being one size to small it was so easy to send it back and a replacement came with in days .

Absolutely fabulous service and an amazing ring, I had some issues almost 5 months into having the ring with the size I ordered and even though this was my mistake the sent me out a new one before the wedding day. I couldn't wished for a better company to deal with

I bought a ring for my husband to be and honestly, I am so impressed.

The quality, uniqueness, and presentation are impressive, the added silicone ring for when the main one might need to be taken off is such a lovely added thought. The delivery was very quick too.

I was a little skeptical as I’d never heard of this company before but I’m so glad we ordered from here.

As someone who is very hard to please… I don’t dish out 5 star reviews unless the product/service is exceptional. I’m over the moon with the ring and so is my partner.

Ordered one of the Speyside rings. Beautiful presentation, fantastic quality, and brilliant price.

What blew me away with Forge and Lumber was the customer service though. Special shout out to Dan who answered a lot of back and forth questions from me, and even went the extra mile to help me size correctly and advise on looking after the ring.

Forge & Lumber may be a small company, but their service and quality are of the highest standards! Never before when ordering jewellery of any kind online, have I been provided with the opportunity to try out the item at home for both style and size prior to finalising my order! This proved invaluable to me as a couple of changes were required. Dan and Debs then sent out the new style/size with the same opportunity for checking. Once we were content with the choice, we were provided a freepost return label to enable the engraving to take place.

Although Dan and Debs had other personal commitments causing some delays in service, the turn around time from order, sizing, changes, return, engraving and final receipt was far quicker than the guideline timelines!

I will be 100% recommending Forge & Lumber to all my friends and family who want a quality and unique piece of jewellery!
I will be returning in future!

My husband lost his wedding ring many years ago now and wanted something a little different to replace it. I found Forge and Lumber and not only was it much more affordable than some other rings that are available, but also the rings are just so much more interesting! I ordered a wedding ring and it’s absolutely beautiful. The wooden inlay is so lovely, my husband says it feels really nice on his finger. I can’t rate Forge and Lumber highly enough - the customer service is very personal as this is a small business, and it’s great to be able to support them. I returned one ring that was the wrong size and they replaced without any issue. The presentation box is really special too - a very thoughtful addition.

Our experience with Forge & Lumber around February 2025 was nothing short of exceptional. We ordered The Tana (with rose gold), and it is absolutely stunning—just perfect for our wedding.

The initial delivery was prompt, and when we needed to exchange it for a different size, the process was just as smooth and stress-free. Dan and Debs were outstanding throughout, keeping us informed with clear, timely communication. Their customer service truly went above and beyond.

We initially ordered wrong size rings because we didn’t order ring sizer first. We emailed the customer service and asked about the process. They were super quick with detailed response and exchanged our rings free of charge. We also asked for quick turnaround as we were going on holidays. We received rings the next day.
