Got a inlet turbo pipe for my audi a4. COMPLETELY JUNK. Not even close to fitting. Stay away from these clowns!! Its garbage!

Recently bought a Forge BPV for my Speed3 after my buddy had one and we put it on, loved it then and switching from a BOV, quality of it is great and looks beautiful in the engine bay

Will not reply to multiple messages left on their customer service number. Purchased a forge intake through ECStuning, plastic air scoop snapped in half. ECS reached out to Forge and they were told it was on back order--that was over 6 months ago. My car has 2,500 miles on it with only 500 miles on the intake. Their products are garbage, and their customer service is non-existent. $300 down the toilet. They won't hear the end of me until this is resolved and I won't go unheard. Steer clear of Forge Motorsport.

I have mk7 GTI and mk7 sport wagon TDI I literally have every part that Forge makes for my cars... I had most of the parts for going on three years with out having any problems and working with the American office is been a great experience.. I would recommend Forge parts to anyone and will most likely us their parts on future cars. If I had one criticism is their website is out dated.

I needed a spring kit shipped to me within three days and i talked to sales. the sales representative was very helpful and actually fedex expressed my purchase with no extra charge. very helpful!

Nobody is perfect where customer service is concerned but Forge did exceedingly well as far as I am concerned. Thank you. I'll be back.

Impossible to get an email back.

Ordered a BOV & the part isn't functioning properly. Emailed about the lifetime warranty card that came in the box and after pulling teeth to get a reply (Had to contact UK office via Instagram) they sent me a repair kit..cool...but that didn't help either. So after pulling teeth to get an email back AGAIN, they offered me to send them the part to be looked at..ok. I asked for a shipping label as they sent me an unexpected FedEx bill from the repair kit. No reply... Mind you I'm waiting over a week for an email and my car is suffering with a massive boost leak.

Sean from US forge....check your emails. Also, don't tell me my email went into spam as you've replied to that email multiple times..should be in our inbox by now.

The website doesn't state that the part I ordered is out of stock..I had to find that out days later after emailing them asking why it hasn't shipped yet.
They tell me that it'll take two weeks before they'll have it, which puts me in a bind because I can't drive my car with a cracked charge pipe. I ask if they could sweeten the deal by throwing in adjustment springs (I forgot to order them, but figured it would be a good opportunity) and received no response. I asked if they could expedite my shipping so that when they do get it in stock, I don't have to wait yet another week to receive it, and also, no response.

I have since cancelled my order.

Sometimes over the holidays, mail orders can be messy. It is expected to have some problems. When I contacted Forge Motorsport about those problems, the attention I received was unparalleled. Every single order I've placed since then (not in holiday season) has been perfectly executed. Compared to some of the other companies I've dealt with while doing this modification on my mini, these guys are head and shoulders above the competition. I cannot recommend buying your parts through Forge Motorsport enough! Bravo Zulu gentlemen!

I contacted Forge support to enquire about service parts for items purchased years ago from another seller. Forge responded within a couple of hours and included links to the parts I enquired about.
I ordered them the next day and Forge shipped the following day.
I will do business with Forge again since they were so prompt and helpful.

Yeah.....ordered my parts...that I REALLY need for my car to work.
A few days later, I received the Email saying not only do they not have my parts, they have no intention of ever having my parts, because my car is not worthy of them making the parts for it anymore. (now is the time window for these parts to start going out on my year of car, by the way.)

Although things started off pretty bad with my purchase. Forge UK rectified the problem quickly and resolved the issue as fast as possible. I appreciate the team at Forge UK and Ryan Maycroft for his quality assistance. Thank you guys for getting me my missing parts along with the cool nicknacks. I immediately used the lanyard for my keys. Put the placard on my toolbox. And i also will use the bottle opener regularly. Much appreciated. Thank you

Fits perfectly on my 2017 civic si. I bought this to replace the boomba racing bov after doing extensive research. Amazing product. See how it looks on my IF @VidaDeX. Btw if you own a civic 1.5t this product will be extremely helpful as you replace your stock BPV and will have a better quality product, also you're able to adjust this recirc valve as it comes with springs depending if your going to be pushing crazy amounts of power. Lol. But yeah great buy you won't regret it!!
