Horrible customer service I ordered a dress each time it took a week to send it off, when I contacted customer Service during business hours they they never answer the phone as if they screen there calls, I’ve been buying there dresses for years the material is cheap and the dresses or so not even worth it stay away GO TO FREE PEOPLE!!

Absolute joke of a boutique money gone no goods swear down I would rip them inside out if I could scum best thing for them prob a junkie needing next fix

Paid for an item which was never delivered. Managed to get a message to them on facebook, and then was blocked. Sent an email, heard nothing.

I ordered a jacket that I received today, which is nothing like the pictures used on the site. The pictures show a long length jacket that has a large hood and cuffs in two shades of grey. I received I waist length, ill fitted cheap fleece material. Its not the same cut, length, fit, color or size that i ordered at all.
Complete flash advertising.
Won't be ordering from this site again.
Would definitely not recommend. No amount of customer service changes anything, when a company are happy to falsely advise merch.

Bought a sweatshirt - not worth $100. Thin material, some seams are ripped. This sweatshirt probably cost $5 to make, I like the sweatshirt but it's not worth the insane mark up.

Bought lingerie here on sale and the international shipping was reasonably quick. The bras are nicely made and the embroidery is very good quality, but the sizing is terrible.
I ordered two bras and one bustier, all in the same size, but the cups on the bustier were bigger than on the bras.

Pretty fast shipping to the Netherlands and quality clothes. Such unique, stand-out pieces. Sizing can differ from item to item, though.

I ordered two full sets of lingeries from FLL and I don’t think I’ll be wearing them at all. The customer service was good and the bustiers and panties themselves were cute, but their sizing is sooo off. I’m usually a medium in lingerie, (I’m a size 10 U.K.) and I’d read reviews saying to go a size up, so I ordered large, and I can just about squeeze into it but I look like a sausage at the back because it is simply tiny. It’s such a shame because it’s all beautiful, it just hurts to wear because of how tight everything is.

Excellent customer service, absolutely delighted! I bought a pair of earrings about a year ago, and I lost them and was devastated! They were sold out, and no longer available. I emailed customer service and they put a pair on the website for me to purchase! Not only this but they were greatly reduced in original price (maybe because they were last season!) I was so happy I could have cried, great service from Abril! Love for love and lemons and will continue to be a regular customer!! xxx

Ordered a super cute dress for my engagement party and have never received more compliments in my life!

Absolutely shocking customer service. They cannot phone out you cannot phone in. Placed order December 31 then told they were doing an inventory in January so no shipping. Money taken and no delivery date anticipated. Really really poor.

I was looking for a particular knitting pattern and of all places I was guided to the site and asked for $50 for a KNITTING pattern!! And all the other KNITTING PATTERNS were $50 each. Bizarre company. I don't know what’s going on here….

Eppure la taglia su entrambi è una 'S'

Loved some of their unique styles over the last 5/6 years. Only issue is the sizing is off - a few different dresses I have purchased in Sor XS and some are AU 6/AU8 others over the years have been more like an AU 12-14! But never had an issue returning. If you want free returns it is easier to purchase from Revolve Clothing!

Sizing is horribly inconsistent. Getting something final sale? Good luck finding your right size.

Overall, they have really cute stuff! But when you touch it... it's clearly made very cheaply. It feels like that plastic-satin when I bought a skirt and a dress, and was SUPER thin. Honestly, it felt like a knock-off from wish but I bought from the company website... Also, I'm a very small girl with boobs big for my body, and it was hard to find something that actually fit. If you ONLY want design, then it's good, but not for big chested girls. Way overpriced given the quality of the garments. If I'm paying premium price for something, I expect a product that it luxurious, soft, thick, and has good stitching. I'd probably become a loyal customer if the quality was better, since their designs are so feminine and cute! I hope in the future they car less about profit margins and more about long-lasting fashionable clothes, cause that's certainty what I thought I was paying for. Quite disappointed.

Adorable designs . Terrible sizing and product . Got a swimsuit , two piece . I guess they are just for decoration and NOT to really wear out to the pool or beach ....my boobs fall out of the medium size bathing suit top with just raising my arms and doing casual stuff, like walking l. I would say it fits as a medium should , and I am a size 34C bra; but it has NO , and I mean ZERO, hold. Got the matching bottom on size medium too and it fits like an extra small....what in the!! For the INSANE and ridiculous price, you expect a perfect fit, and perfect product. NOPE . And how is it that the matching bottoms had no stretch but the top had no hold?! Is it not the same material!? Never EVER buy this brand unless you can physically try on the product. I , on the other hand, will NOT be buying anything from Love & Lemons EVER again.

Wish they had consistent sizing. Seems to be whatever they feel like making it sometimes. Otherwise, beautiful clothing and lingerie

Products on FINALSALE cannot be returned. If I knew this I would not have brought from them as the bikini I brought is the wrong size.
Everything else is fine and I really like the clothes but I will not buy from this website in the future as I won't know if I can return an item or not (I do not recall seeing this on the webpage when buying the bikini top).
