The rolled rib of beef was delivered to the front door on time and in perfect order. The quality is beautiful and reliable, what a treat. So much better value than going out to eat and more enjoyable to have an easy to cook meal at home with family. In addition you get the leftovers for later!
These people are so helpful, a pleasure to deal with.

Delivery left at front door of block of flats instead of ringing my flat bell and bringing it to my flat. First order. The navarin of lamb was totally tasteless.

Everything we ordered was packaged with care & arrived early. The ham hock terrine was especially lovely, will definitely be placing future orders.

Forman & Field offer top quality foods at attractive prices. Their London Cure smoked salmon is the very best. I recently bought a range of foods from them to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Our guests loved the salt beef and other delights, including salmon roulade and smoked salmon pate. Their smoked salmon and cream cheese with chives bagels were delicious. Everything was delivered to our door by Forman & Field's own driver, who was very courteous and polite. I've been buying Forman & Field's products for several years now and their standard is consistently very high. Truly excellent service from a wonderful family firm.

An all round easy/positive experience - easy to order, well packaged and still fresh when it arrived and, most of all, incredibly tasty on the plate. Highly recommend.

Wow everything we ordered was just outstanding. The delivery packaging was excellent too. I highly recommend the wild sea trout it's amazing.

I persuaded my non foodie husband to come with me on the tour. Admittedly I wanted him to drive me across London. BOTH of us loved the tour and are busy recommending to others. Lance’s history of the industry and his family company explained why the quality of most Smoked salmon had deteriorated in recent decades, I wasn’t imagining it. Followed by Darren, not only a genius with a knife, but an amusing line of patter. And the tasting plate was delicious and made for a great lunch.

The only problem is that I am now hooked on Formans and will accept no substitutes as they are vastly inferior. My taste buds were right, you get what you pay for.

My first order with Form & Field, I wasn't disappointed, packaged really well, lovely food that you can tell is fresh (still working my way through it!) the little salmon bites are gorgeous. As food is fresh, give yourself a bit of a lead time as to when you want the food. Really nice company, traditional, good customer service and after care. Highly recommend if you entertaining and dont want to cook, will def. use again. Only reason 4 not 5 stars is Ive not tried everything yet !

We were welcomed by the Great grandson of the Founder, who gave a very informative speech about the uniqueness of this London Smoked salmon factory close to the former Olympic Stadium. Then followed a demonstration of the process of getting smoked salmon slices by Darren Matson. He was very amusing and proud that he held the Guinness World Record for the fastest time to bone and slice a smoked salmon. Our lunch of 9 taster smoked salmon was a joy. We would highly recommend you going on this tour

Fascinating. Interesting at so many levels (fish, food tech, biology, London, Olympics organising, politics). Tasty. Just a brilliant day

Me and my sister enjoyed a great visit to this iconic London smokehouse. We started with a brief history of the company then enjoyed an exceptional live filleting and carving of salmon. We finished by enjoying a fabulous salmon platter which was delicious

Such amazing customer service! I reached out to see if I could place an order for delivery ASAP even though no available delivery slots were showing and Rachael got back to me quickly and efficiently and said they could sort this no problem. It's given me such an amazing first impression of this company and will be sure to shop here again because of it!

I was kindly given a voucher for F and F. This was the first time that I had come across the company and I enjoyed looking at the website! The description and photographs were good and realistic as to what we had. The delivery was perfect. Our favourite were the beetroot falafels! They were amazing! The ‘pretend salmon’ was also very delicious! The buttermilk chicken also went down very well. We had to cater for gluten free, dairy free and meat eaters- there was a good selection available. We would recommend this company.

I am afraid over Christmas, I visited a relatives and along with myself they were very disappointed on their selection. The turkey was very dry and they commented that it was cost over quality .

I have ordered from this company for 3 years. It is easy to place your order and the delivery was on time via DPD. This year it was very disappointing. Firstly the mince pies did not have the same quantity of fruit within the pies and 1 was smashed when they got packed. F&F offered a small refund which was not good enough as the pies were a gift. However the Ballotine of Turkey was absolutely unacceptable. The previous year it was excellent hence the re-order. This year it had 85% stuffing and hardly any Turkey which meant it was not appetizing. I emailed a complaint along with a photo and the email reply said the following:

Thank you for your email.

I’ve spoken to our chef who’s confirmed that the stuffing in the Turkey Ballotine is made with turkey breast and turkey confit leg, so it is 100% turkey.

At this time, we are not making any further adjustments to the Ballotine however, we do appreciate your feedback and will continue to review the quality of our products

A nice arrogant couldn't care less reply. Their website says pork sage and apple stuffing and the ballotine of Turkey image looks like there is over 75% turkey meat showing. There are much better providers out there who respond much better if things are disappointing. For clarity I will be going elsewhere next year F&F.
