Such an easy sale!

Very easy process value for money and easily! Do it yourself and don’t give the realestate agent your money.

Once again a fabulous experience with huge cost savings. In conjunction with RentingSmart I have once again found the perfect tenants and they have moved in. FSBO uses AI to examine every application and highlights areas of risk for every potential tenant. Extremely useful in deciding on who to rent to. Once the new lease is signed RS is the ideal platform to manage everything.

Easy to set up and manage. I had tried to sell through an agent before, who valued the property at $100,000 less than I actually got. So including the agent fee, I was nearly $130,000 better off by selling myself. This was the second time I used ForSaleByOwner, the first time was also a resounding success. I wonder why anyone would bother going through an agent, unless the market is really slow.

Well I am a long time customer of FSBO over 20 years for my block of flats in Battery Point, Hobart,Tasmania and they have been outstanding with me and my rentals. Just fabulous and friendly and I love I can go and adjust my rental ads frequently to suit the time of year or season and change the rental amounts to meet the current rental market in Hobart. They call me back or I phone or sms or email them if something needs to be solved or if I have a question. Just for me in Hobart it is so much easier to deal with FSBO by phone /sms/emails and Paul Mulder is great and efficient and helps me alot and responds promptly and gives me the assistance I need if I make a mistake. Great rental or selling advertising company for any future private rentals or private selling for all landlords/owners in any city or country towns /areas where the options are not available and you don't want to involve a real estate agent etc.! Dont go anywhere else to rent your property or sell your houses /flats or land etc. Why pay real estate agents commission when you do a much better job yourself? I meet the people and can see for myself who is the best person I want in my lovely newly renovated flats and I do the business side of things myself. Well done FSBO from one happy Hobart customer !!!! 😀

Fsbo supported my marketing over an extremely long period of time whilst the Darwin property market languished.
Once Darwin's market finally bottomed and turned, the value of fsbo became obvious.
There was a steadily increasing number of enquiries each week, and then each day. BUYERS LIKE FSBO!
For me the seller, fsbo provided the flexibility to deal with Darwin's particular market difficulties. I was able to change pricing, introducing a price range and then exercise some patience whilst Darwin real estate market enjoyed its first sustained upturn in more than a decade.

I would not recommend using ‘For Sale By Owner’ for commercial properties. We purchased their 12-month package for $799, which was advertised to list our property on four major sites. Initially, our ad appeared on only two sites, and I had to contact them to have it added to the third and fourth.
Despite paying for a full year, our listing was removed early and ended up being displayed on just one site - Realcommercial.com.au. This experience was very misleading and felt dishonest. The company claims that your property will be listed on Realcommercial.com.au, Commercialrealestate.com.au, Propertyinvestor.com.au, and Commercialpropertyguide.com.au, but that was not the case for us, nor was it maintained for the duration promised.
Customer support was also poor - phone calls were disconnected, and online chat requests went unanswered. There are other advertising platforms that offer better service and results for about half the cost.
Overall, I would strongly advise against using ‘For Sale By Owner’ for commercial property listings.

Great platform!

Good value for money with excellent advertising exposure. Our house took over a year to sell though so some further exposure advice would have been helpful. We did pay for one facebook campaign but not sure what actually happened with that.

For Sale By Owner is a great platform — it’s easy to use, simple to edit my ad, and I have received instant text messages or emails from interested buyers. I sold my place myself for under a thousand dollars. Strongly recommend.
