Lev and his team were great at communicating every step from ordering to shipping dates. When we unpacked everything according to the instructions we were immediately impressed by the capabilities of the Fortador machine. The few "bumps on the learning curve" were quickly handled by Lev and his team. I highly recommend the Fortador products and most highly recommend their customer service.

Service has always been prompt since our very first phone call and every conversation in between even up to final delivery. Highly informative staff and staff educated me on all equipment and answered all my questions in depth.

I gave a poor rating due to the condition of your product when it was delivered to me. Not only was the box you shipped it in torn to shreds but the items inside were clearly in "used" condition. It was preassembled and the bags containing the parts were torn open and I'm sure I'm missing some parts that fell out in shipping. For the price that you're charging this is far from a positive reflection upon your company. Aside from the terrible condition that the product arrived I can tell the product works effectively and is of sound build quality. Fairly easy to use and convenient. We first used it of a PPF installation and were happy with it's power to clean the edges of the panels. Then we used the steamer attachment that is used for sanitization to heat off and remove old vinyl and it proved to be extremely effective cutting down on our removal time. My techs were very happy. I just wish it came packaged better and I received an actual new unit.

Needed ne water pump connector and got it a day sooner than expected!

I’m a seasonal detailing business, The first month I got the steamer/vacuum the vacuum gave out on me. I had to send it back and wait almost a month till I got a new one.
Then after about 3-4 months the motherboard and the screen stopped working. I contacted the support department about it they gave me a run around telling me to speak to this person that person then finally they said I had to take it apart and send those in. Had to wait about 3-4 months until I got new ones. By this time it was winter so I just had to put the machine in storage.
Now this year just not even a month into using it the extractor/shampoo part of the vacuum is having issues and not working properly.
I spent 14k on a steamer/extractor combo thinking that it was going be great cause you get what you pay for. But it looks to be the opposite.

Excellent customer service, quick responses and great quality product.

I received the machine (fortador pro plus) on January 14th 2021. This comes with a one year warranty.
From the get go I have had countless issues with the machine from fittings broken, to electric issues even when an electrician was called to be sure our electrical system had the voltage to help the machine start up. Aside from the absolute garabge craftsmanship of the machine, What bothers me the most is the customer service. Ive called yev multiple times and he was very aggressive from the start, even when I was sincerely asking for help he was super aggressive and non compliant. Today the machine sits in a hangar, drained of all fluids with no use. I am looking for a full refund and will continue to let people know to steer clear of this company and its products. I know I am not the only one with issues. There are many more who will step further. I also never received the kevlar coating kit or the oxi shampoo as stated on my receipt. When called to inform yev, he said "it must have fell out if the crate". This company is an absolute joke.

I can only describe the machine and service i piaid $11,000 for as sleezy and the absolute worst.

The customer service is horrible he’s very aggressive when he talks to you. I spent over 18,000 dollars CASH between my 2020 Pro Max and Cargo Glider
I RAN THIS MACHINE FOR 10HRS AND SCREEN WENT BLANK. 🤬No way this was supposed to happen. He tried me with the extraction holes I buy the Pro Max and he sends me an 8ft hose and gave me a pice of 550.00 to purchase the 16 footer I didn’t send him one penny and told him I would write corporate and let them know how he’s diverting from what’s being advertised …. I’ll show u that thread in my next review. Anyway he sent me the 16 footer for FREE and then asked me to send the 8 footer back send back for what, so he can do the same thing to the next customer. The guy is not to be trusted…. I honestly believe the machine I purchased was refurbished and he sold to me as new. I say that because my machine had scratches and paint was scratched off. He told me that he would send the paint for me to paint it smh … he had the nerve to say quote (it’s just a scratch) I never got the paint. It’s been a year since ….

What a wonderful machine - Fortador Volt Mini! We cleaned grout in kitchen and bathroom and it looks like new again. This machine is powerful and top quality. It's definitely Lamborghini among steamers! I would recommend to buy for your household, office, clinic or your car!
Service is state of the art! Emails and Whatsapp messages are answered instantly. You receive support and advice while you are cleaning!

Everybody working there was very friendly and very punctual. Always available to answer any questions I had (no matter how many I had) Extremely happy with the service and product.

I love the quality of this steamer. I also love how 3 techs can work at the same time with continuous steam and extraction.

Their webpage is well made and has everything that you need. Their timelines were pretty accurate for operating in a Covid-delayed era. I have nothing but good things to say about them.
