Scam! Complete rip off! Was approved for $100 redemption and was only sent $25. If you pay close attention they don't credit you each time you win. They nickel and dime your wins so you don't notice

Withdrawal reduced to $50 and remaining balance removed
I’m documenting my experience with FortuneWheelz so others understand how withdrawals are handled.
My account showed a balance of approximately $960. I submitted a withdrawal of $250. The request was marked “completed,” but I only received $50 via PayPal. After that, my account balance dropped to about $3, and the remaining funds were no longer visible.
When I contacted support, I was told my redemption was “approved for $50 according to point 7 of the Award rules,” and that any remaining winnings beyond this limit are automatically removed after redemption.
This was not clearly presented to me at the time of withdrawal, and the interface allowed me to request $250. The result is that a much larger displayed balance was effectively reduced to a $50 payout.
I have screenshots of:

The $250 withdrawal marked completed
The $50 PayPal payment
The current ~$3 balance
Support’s message referencing the $50 cap
I’m sharing this so others are aware of how payouts may be limited and handled.This was my favorite site along with no limit and funrize who are all owned by the same company A1 development. I spent at least $10,000 between those three sites easily in the last 3 or 4 months. Never won until now this is a great way to treat regular customers. I was supposed to hear back from a supervisor via email in 24 hours I will change this at that time if this happens but I'm not holding my breath seems pretty obvious that there is no integrity sense of right or wrong or f***s given about the people that keep their businesses going. I hope I'm wrong I will keep you posted. And hopefully can turn this into a five-star misunderstanding

I have had zero issues with them until today and I am just sick with them and their sister sites they are all crooks , I won money off my daily bonus and I won 250 dollars off a slot from my bonus and they only gave me 25 dollars when I tried to redeem 100. And then voided the rest of my money. That's crazy I've received my redemptions no problem in the past but all of the sudden today it's a problem it's disgusting is what it is they reserve the right to keep your money no matter what the situation is they have a rule for everything believe me.

-Needlessly crappy and complex redemption limitations that are laid out in huge paragraphs not actively presented to the user. If you think you're cashing out more than $25, you're in for a big surprise.
-Tiny daily freebie
-Awful weekly free spins on a game that pays $00.00 roughly 80-90% of the time.
-Twice daily wheel spin that pays SC roughly 1 out of every 60-90 spins.
-Support agents that just quote their TOS at you without going into any explanation distinct to you and your situation.
-Poor selection of games.

Happy about payout...not about limits
I was surprised to win enough to redeem over 300 dollars today! Unfortunately, the redemption limits of 100 dollars a day caused me to keep playing with the rest. After paying in and playing over and over for over a year and never getting over 100 dollars for redemption i finally got a good win! But much to my surprise, after all that paying, I still only had a vip level to cash out 100 dollars. So, they feed on my interest and human condition and get me back playing by not giving me all of the redemption I won. You wasted my time. Never get another penny from me til u change that policy. I feel screwed because of yiur process and the stalling makes me uneasy. Because its not easy.
