Forward Energy fitted my EV charger at home. They were a very professional company to deal with, always responding rapidly to my enquiries and offering clear and concise information. The charger was fitted by Adam and he made a great job of the installation and patiently answered my questions. Would definitely recommend this company!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Forward Energy, and from start to finish, the experience was truly exceptional. The service, from the user-friendly web interface to obtaining quotes with the help of Demetri, was seamless and professional.

The installation itself was nothing short of brilliant. Adam, who carried out the install, was not only efficient but took the time to walk me through the Hypervolt App, ensuring I was fully comfortable with the setup and that everything was functioning perfectly. His attention to detail and customer care really stood out.

I honestly cannot find a single fault with the service or the installation process. If you’re considering Forward Energy, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Top-notch company, excellent team, and outstanding results!

Excellent service from start to finish.
Ordering my charger was so easy, as Demetri was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns etc.
Installation was excellent too, Adam was great, very polite and knowledgeable and again answered all my questions after he had set up the charger on the app for me.
So I am really happy with service from Forward Energy

Electrician arrived early, and discussed what he would need to do. He went about his work efficiently and explained what he needed to do clearly. He was courteous and tidy, and completed the installation quickly. He went through the operating instructions with me and asked if there were any questions I needed answering. I would highly recommend Forward Energy to anyone thinking of having an EV Charger installed. 5 star fitter.

My initial contact had an immediate call back. A service appointment was made within a few days and Adam gave me an immediate diagnosis that the inverter was broken. I then got a competitive quote to replace it within 24 hours and it was straightforward to book in the job. Adam turned up early, did the work within a couple of hours to an excellent standard, and it’s all working perfectly now. a 10 out of 10 experience

I placed the order for an EV charger last week and it was installed this week. The process was very easy and Adam did a great job installing it. Everything was tidied away afterwards and the charger looks neat and tidy on the wall.

A really reliable, efficient, and high standard of workmanship. We had a rewiring of our electric main switchboard and wiring for two extensions. The team were really reliable turned up on time super tidy, and the quality of their work was of the highest standard Ive had of this trade. Would highly recommend. Thanks again!
