They gave me the excuse that the USPS shipment was being held, but when I checked with the tracking number, it didn't appear in the system. I requested a refund, and they always gave me an excuse.

I ordered 2 XXL shirts. The shirts arrived and were found to be too large. I offered to return their shirts in exchange for XL, however they are unwilling to send a returns address. After several emails back & forth they are only willing to refund $14 from the total $ 55.38 spent

Took three weeks to arrive, which felt quite lengthy. Product itself works decently, though it could use some enhancement in terms of quality. Packaging was reasonably secure, but not particularly impressive.

Never received the product - very poor after-sale service.
Messed up with different Tracking Numbers , don’t know where the parcel is.
Just don’t buy, it’s scam.

Absolutely practical and waterproof, long-lasting adhesive. Improvement needed in application instructions and packaging.

I am very disappointed with this company. I ordered a holder for my cell phone to be used in the car. The picture showed one that was attached to the dash with suction which was want I wanted. I had a choice of color (black or silver). I chose silver. When I received it it was not a suction style it was stick on dash with a glue base. I wanted to return it and they approved the return once I sent them a return tracking number. It would cost me almost as much to mail back as the unit actually cost. They would not supply me with a return shipping label. This is ridiculous! I was not sent the item that was advertised so why I should I have to pay to return it! I feel this is a scam. Do not order from them!

I received mine after two weeks. The quality impressed me, and the design is sleek and convenient. The price felt reasonable, and the packaging ensured it arrived in perfect condition. Quicker shipping would enhance the experience further.

Not reliable.
I bought a product in may and we are in august and did not receive yet. The track information is wrong and whem i asked for the refund the company asked me to pay another value to send the product again, denying the refund.

Item not delivered. Have been refused a refund unless I pay their costs. Avoid!

Dreadful I realised after
making the order I had made a mistake.
Poor quality,size chart is 2 sizes out I would imagine.
I am 32 inch waist,I would think xxl in this companies chart.
Overall I asked for cancellation of order immediately after ordering.They said they couldn't as the shipment has gone out.
Complete rubbish.I will put it into disrepute in my card.
Unless they accept returning and give me full refund.

Completely different what was advertised.

They took my money months ago and didn’t ship the bird feeder. It is a SCAM and META should be dealing with them!

What you see is definately not what you get ! Even if you complain about it they wont reimburse the full amount or acknowledge the difference in appearence.

Where to start. Saw a advertisement from Instagram for a 2-1 charger/retro gaming device. What I really received was a wireless power bank that seems to be 10usd as opposed to 50usd of what I paid. To top it off the shipping was supposedly come from United States, but seems to be from China..... Do not order from them. Fraud alert.

Update: July 9th-- they've requested I return their item if I want a full refund, here's hoping PayPal can help resolve it. But in all seriousness I hope any anti-fraud agency gets on their case as it's really blatant that there is no reasoning with them.

I made an online purchase on 21/03 at Forweardtap.com (QwriAinality Technology Co. Ltd), expecting delivery by 20/04. Unfortunately, my order was blocked by customs and returned to the sender on 14/06. When I contacted the company to request a refund for the product (excluding shipping costs), they refused and offered to resend the product, but with an additional shipping fee.

This is unacceptable. Cross-border commerce inherently carries risks, and this company’s refusal to offer a fair resolution is unprofessional. I have decided not to pursue a refund and instead warn others: avoid purchasing from Forweardtap.com.

I ordered a hat, which their tracking says was delivered 3 days ago, but I never got it. Don't buy from this company. This was my first and last time shopping with them.

Ce site merite plutôt un 0...Ne jamais commander sur ce site le retour des articles est impossible ce qui est honteux et justement la qualité des articles est mauvaise donc vous payez et ne pouvez pas retourner ni vous faire rembourser . Il vous propose quelques dollars précisément 6 $ en compensation c est lamentable. C est un site à fuir ils prennent leurs clients pour des idiots .on se sent vraiment arnaquer

The magnetic chess I received was nothing like advertised. The magnets were 4 times smaller and barely even worked. When confronted with proof, they played dumb and offered $1 as a refund. I started the dispute through Paypal. Keep away from these scammers.

Only gave a one because there's no zero. They're rip-off company false advertising won't refund. Bout metal walking sticks when they came they were 3 foot long....they said we're on vacation for a month then will take care of it. Their response..give them to a friend they might like them.do not buy from them
