I'm sorry that you did not receive the order earlier than you expected, the good news is that you can update your subscription schedule to fit your needs anytime. No worries -- I have updated this for you so your next order will arrive earlier.

For future subscriptions, you can log into your account via our website https://foryouth.co/ and click on "My Subscriptions" in your profile. You can then manage and update when your next month's subscription will renew.

Hi Tony, I hope you are doing well! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I believe DHL has successfully delivered your order after your message. Delivery to AU usually takes 2-3 business days for most customers via DHL.

The delivery process in Australia is handled by DHL once the parcel leaves us, so unfortunately the scheduling and delivery notifications are managed directly by them. While the delivery itself is handled by DHL, I completely understand that it reflects on the overall shopping experience with us. Of course, I wish this was flagged with us directly so we could have been given the opportunity to resolve these issues for you immediately.

I completely understand how inconvenient this whole experience was with working and trying to plan around a delivery though, and I genuinely am really sorry for the experience.
