Waited 4 days, didnt receive my forza horizon 5 account. Pretty bad reviews here recently, shouldve checked them before buying. Also sent 2 emails prior this review but no reply! SCAM

never received my account said 48-72 hours and its been a week and a half and still nothing contacted support but no reply from them don't spend your money on this website its a scam :(

Did not refund my order when I asked…

Did not refund my order when I asked and then when I tried to think of something that would benefit the both of us they just started ignoring my emails.

Hi,

You purchased a wrong product although it was clearly labeled. You received the item successfully. Later you emailed us asking us for a refund. Mistaken purchases are not covered in our refund policy.

However we offered a solution which would have actually cost us money. You refused. Unfortunately there's nothing more that we can do.

Your product was delivered via email automatically immediately after your purchase (over 10 hours ago). Please check your spam and other folders if you don't see it.
