I had a hydrafacial with Kristina she was friendly and lovely. During the consultation and hydrafacial she explained the process step by step. I will be coming back here again.

I saw Kristina for a Tattoo removal consultation and from the onset she explained everything in detail the whole process in a friendly and professional manner.

I went ahead with the treatment and my first consultation was over very quickly which helped with the pain from the laser. She gave short breaks in between which were really helpful and even after the first session, the result looks promising! I am so glad I came here and went ahead with Kristina.

Really happy with my consultation, Kristina explained the problems with my skin clearly and what products and treatments I would need going forwards. Nothing bad to say at all!

I had a hydrafacial with Lisa a couple of times now and she is really friendly and lovely. She puts me at ease and my face is glowing afterwards. I would definitely recommend a hydrafacial at Forza Private clinic with Lisa.

I’ve been going to the Forza private clinic for about half a year (one session a month) and so glad I chose this clinic. Ive had bad pigmentation for about year and finally took the plunge to get it looked at as I have been really embarrassed. Sherlena has made me feel completely comfortable in helping me to treat it and talk about it. When the first treatment wasn’t available due to my medication, she didn’t hesitate to help me find another alternative.
The treatment has been slow due to my sensitive skin but the results are now starting to show and I’m so happy with the progress from where I started. Only wish I had done it sooner, everyone at the clinic has made me feel so welcome and comfortable which has made a massive difference!

I've been going to Forza here in Birmingham for my tattoo removal procedures. I have had 3 sessions so far and its been a very smooth experience so far. The staff at Forza were great and especially my practitioner Lisa has been very helpful and attentive. She has gone above and beyond, checking up on me even when I'm not at the clinic.

I had the cosmelan peel by Lisa and it was a journey but thankfully Lisa and Laura made me feel so comfortable all throughout this. No matter how many concerns I had, FORZA clinic was there 24/7. Thank you so much Lisa, it has been amazing!

I visited Forza Private Clinic again in December, and once again, had a truly positive experience. I want to give a massive shout out to the team - Laura, Elizabeth, Jacquie, and Shahida (from UKSkin).

What makes the experience great is always the attention to detail and the personalised care I receive. Elizabeth and Jacquie always contact me prior to my appointments to check everything is okay and for someone who has such busy days, I am grateful for the reminders! And when Laura says either herself or one of the team will call to check on me after treatment, they are always true to their word.

From the moment I walk in, I am made to feel incredibly welcome, always being offered water and/or a hot drink. Everyone is friendly, warm, and genuinely make an effort to chat with me in a fun and light-hearted way, which makes me feel at ease and look forward to the appointments.

The staff I mentioned are really well-trained and attentive, and it's clear they’re invested in ensuring that every patient feels comfortable and well-informed. The team are knowledgeable and are happy to answer all my questions, making me feel confident in the services they offer, and why I don’t hesitate to come back. The environment is clean, modern, and calming too, which adds to the overall positive vibe of the clinic.

Overall, their customer service is exceptional. They clearly prioritise the patient experience, and it shines through in how they engage with you from start to finish. I’d highly recommend them for anyone looking for personalised, non-judgemental, and compassionate care.

I have used the Forza clinic many times. Shelena and all of the other staff are always extremely polite and welcoming. Sherlena will always explain in great detail what to expect during each treatment and what results I can expect. I will continue to use the Forza clinic and am looking forward to my next treatment. I would recommend the clinic for anyone looking to have pigmentation treatment.

Lisa has been fab. Having eyebrow microblading removed. Currently on session 3, probably 3 or 4 more to go, so can’t comment on the end result yet. But Lisa has been a delight, and has made the whole experience much more pleasant. Thanks

If you are looking for a trustworthy, guaranteed place that can reassure that they can get your skin spic and span within a couple of months or weeks- then I highly recommend forza clinic!
I am very happy with my experience here and I will definitely be visiting the clinic every now and then, I had gotten a hyper pigmentation treatment for my skin, whatever clinics I had previously entered, without telling me they did the incorrect treatment on me and I left with a glow, but unfortunately my main worry had not left my face even after following all of their instructions.
Forza clinic however, proved the complete opposite, it seems that they genuinely care about your skin.
I was going to get microneedling done for my hyperpigmentation as one of my friends had told me that it gets rid of hyperpigmentation, but when I met with my dermatologist, she had informed me that I did not need that, she prescribed me with some skincare, and I can see the clear difference between my hyperpigmentation within 2 months of using their products! There'd still abit left, but it's fading away, I feel so happy that my hyperpigmentation is going away after trying for years, I'm so happy I had discovered forza clinic, it is really like a secret hidden gem I have found!
I would highly recommend this to anyone who is tackling any skin problems! 😊
