Amazing service and wonderful staff really lovely kind outgoing had a good experience looking forward to coming back

I’ve recently started my Pico tattoo removal at the clinic and I’m really pleased with the service and progress so far. Anna is great, she made sure that I understood the treatment process, aftercare and everything else you should know which makes the whole process much easier. All of the staff at the clinic have been welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I have been visiting the clinic regularly for the past 12 - 18 months where I have had tattoo laser removal, hydrofacial and micro needling. Excellent service and lovely staff! My skin is looking amazing :)

I visit Anna regularly for my hydrafacials and recently purchased a course of their new Axion Microneedling. Just had my first session which went great. Anna talked me through the process and explained what if any reactions may happen. No reactions, other than the norm, experienced, thanks to the calming treatment afterwards. My skin was back to normal the next day. Looking forward to completing the course.

Absolute joke of a clinic claiming to work in aesthetic medicine and to be an extension of Harley Street, London (latching onto a legacy of medical excellence there). Messed me around for weeks via WhatsApp about an appointment for laser on ONE sunspot (at an inflated price of course but offering some 30% discount, with time pressure). I disclosed medical conditions and medication I was on, was assured I could get the treatment sought, to then be ushered into handing over my card details for their £25 consultation holding fee. Once they emailed their forms, I filled and returned them straight away and asked for repeat confirmation of treatment suitability (they had already given) asap to ensure I do not waste travel there to be told anything conflicting due to current ill health. Received a WhatsApp message 24+ hours later and less than a day before the scheduled appointment, refusing me treatment without any medical explanation or clarification. Had to call up for any drabs of medical clarity, extensive questioning from my side finally revealed two medications are photosensitive, I tried to enquire how long you have to abstain to still get basic laser treatment on one damn sunspot to try plan a way to accommodate this, only to be told that another one (for a serious physical medical condition) is also in that category right at the end of the conversation, and have the phone hung up.

Promises of calls to refund the fee never materialised so had to message and call for two days to chase that up and for more medical clarity on the third medication, after having been left to do own research into it, it would be very complicated to abstain for 4 week plus 6 weeks X 4-6 sessions, only to face an arrogant 'clinician' who gaslight me about the previous conversation she was not party to, be so rude and dismissive about physical medical health conditions and act like I'm wasting her precious time. When I had enough and asked for her name several times to take this up with management, she refused to give it and hung up the phone. That 'conduct' left me following up, detailing this via all their comms channels to try get through to the clinic manager, who phoned me without having even read the emails, making me repeat myself and promised to look into it. This was followed up by a dismissive email, failing to take any accountability, at least fake an apology or provide any medical clarity needed and sought, claiming she will address the misconduct 'internally', basically, smothering it. No wonder the clinic has such unprofessional staff if the management is like that. Would not trust them with anything medical as the ones I spoke with all seem clueless in that regard. Worse still, they discriminate against physical health conditions, despite me trying to find out which medications and how to tailor medical treatment around their aesthetic laser photosensitivity. Absolute disgrace is putting it lightly.

*Even their bad PR response is again failure to take into account their inability to provide medical information of how to adjust medication needed for physical health conditions for their "aesthetic medicine" and smothering over the most significant points. Nothing has been addressed, they can't even force an apology, yet alone any accountability for time wasted, stress and degradation caused (making me book and pay for an appointment when I told them about my conditions prior to this) to then cancel less than a day before the consultation with no explanation. Without sugarcoating it - outright disability discrimination and medical incompetence. 'Addressed internally' = beyond any joke.

I have been coming here regularly for my HydraFacials and I keep coming back for a reason! I recently had my facial done by Klara who was amazing. She was so friendly and put care and time into the treatment. My tired skin felt rejuvenated and i was glowing! Definitely reccomend.

I always look forward to my appointments here and the whole experience is amazing from start to finish. The staff are consistently friendly, attentive, and make you feel completely comfortable as soon as you walk in.

Every HydraFacial leaves my skin feeling refreshed, smooth, and visibly brighter. Anna was fantastic; she was approachable, knowledgeable, and gave me really helpful skincare advice tailored to my skin type and lifestyle. The products she suggested have fitted so easily into my routine and made such a difference already.

I’ve just finished 6 sessions of tattoo removal with Lauren & Anna and this was a very good experience. As someone who is ND with disabilities both were extremely kind, patient and willing to do what was needed to make me feel comfortable. The clinic is exceptionally clean and tidy, they both explained the procedures and I will be back for some more to finish off the removal.

I had my first treatment with Anna. Anna kept me informed and reassured me during my treatment. Very professional and caring.
