As I suffer from PCOS and my hair was really dark and thick as I joined Forza and had a my laser sessions I can say it has made a huge difference to my skin and my confidence and I think Forza is the best choice and best option I have ever made

Hydrafacial at Forza Clinic Birmingham
I had my first ever hydrafacial with Anna. Naturally i had alot of questions about skin treatment options for hyperpigmentation but Anna was so patient and answered every question with great detail. She was very knowledgeable and friendly.
The hydrafacial was gentle and relaxing, my skin felt smoother and softer afterwards. Would definitely recommend for Forza Clinic Birmingham for your aesthetic needs

Pico Laser for Hyperpigmentation: Expensive, Ineffective, and Emotionally Draining
This is a review for anyone considering Pico laser for hyperpigmentation: please don’t waste your money. In my experience, it was completely ineffective. I went through six full sessions, clinging to the hope that results would eventually show, but the difference was so minimal it was almost impossible to see. For the price and the promises made, it felt like throwing money away. What’s worse is the emotional side — the constant disappointment after each session, the wasted time, and the frustration of being sold hope that never materialised. The staff at the clinic were lovely and professional, so I have no complaints about them, but the treatment itself simply does not work. If you’re genuinely looking for results, skip Pico laser — hydroquinone has been far more effective for me.

Just to add a bit of context for anyone considering Pico laser, results can vary significantly depending on the type and amount of pigment being treated. The laser works by breaking down pigment gradually, so areas with more pigment, or deeper pigmentation, often require more sessions and can show slower, more subtle progress between treatments. In some cases, a combination approach or alternative treatments may be more suitable depending on the individual skin concern.

Not a great experience
While it is a nice clinic I personally felt rushed into making a booking. The emphasis was on the hard “hustle”. Most of the staff were polite however I do feel that one or two were overfamiliar.

I had an amazing consultation with Anna. She used a face scanner and identified any problem areas or potential hyperpigmentation. She also gave me an in depth explanation of the treatment of the global eyecon treatment and what to expect. Really happy with the consultation and how friendly all the staff where in terms of communication !

I am a frequent client at this clinic. Each and every visit is enjoyable and faultless. I had booked in for a HydraFacial treatment and it was at this appointment where I met Anna.
