I purchased the V8EP 8mp cameras to upgrade my old security cameras. The setup was straight forward using the foscam app. I did have a hiccup trying to get my new cameras to sync the correct time with my old system. I contacted foscam's customer support for help. They were very helpful in troubleshooting my problem, and giving me instructions on how to fix the time sync issue. I'm very pleased with my new foscam cameras with picture quality and a lot less false security alert detections.

I’ve used Foscam cameras for 12 years now. They’re good quality cameras for the price. Tech services is a little frustrating sometimes because techs can hardly speak English. Otherwise good product.

A pair of quality bullet cameras for my Zoneminder home security software system are being put to good use. Reliability and image quality are important for a security system. Delivery time was several days, but still adequate.

I like the product, but I had no idea when it was coming. I was supposed to get an email with tracking once the item shipped. I received nothing, the package just showed up one day.

My order hasn’t even been shipped yet. It’s been 14 days since I placed the order.

I got what I ordered and received it as promised.

I've had a Foscam camera for about 8 years... this new one is really nice. HArd to believe how much IP cameras have improved....

I never received my camera and had to file a fraud charge with my bank in order to get a refund because foscam was unwilling to help. I’ll be using a different company now

I LIKE THE PRODUCTS. THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT PROCESS NEEDS A LOT OF WORK. I HAVE 6 CAMERAS. ONE NEEDS REPLACED.BEEN TRYING FOR THAT FOR SEVERAL WEEKS. IT TOOK ME 3 WEEKS TO GET A REPLACEMENT POWER SUPPLY. I WISH THERE WAS SOMEONE IN THE COMPANY I COULD SHARE MY INPUT WITH.

the cameras are ok , they offer fast shipping but they have no tech support only thru E-mail , I wish they had phone #

Camera was easy to set up. Works good. It works with my old V1 camera I have also.

Custom service is horrible. Wanted to return a product because it did not work for us and could not speak to anyone in person because they have no phone line.

Received the cameras and asked for wifi camera and instead of getting it I'm stuck with what I received. Not a fan. In fact I'll never buy this product again.

I have purchased multipue cameras and they have performed well and lasted well. The original R2 camera LED's slowly died over the years but the cameras still worked. The newer cameras are much better resolution and build quilty is better. The VMS software works pretty good but it does slow down my Windows computer when it is running for awhile. Not sure why.

I asked for an RMA to return two cameras over a month ago. Your rep keep making offers so they didn't have to be returned. I told her NO, send me the RMA. It never arrived. I won't recommend your product because of your customer service.

Worse company to do business with. I bought the wrong camera and not only it take me 2 weeks dealing with them to get my return label. I also have to pay 10% restocking fee and shipping.

Any issues I had were taken care of fairly. I am still a loyal customer of Foscam as Inhave been for years. Keep up the good work
