Fosters Family Funeral Directors レビュー 

This is the third time I have used the services of Fosters Dunfermline and cannot recommend them more highly. They are professional, caring, kind and place no pressure on you and take everything at your own pace. Lynne especially has help now with my uncle, my mum and most recently my dad’s cremation and made me feel as if my best friend was helping me make arrangements.
I hope I don’t have to use their services again for a long time but if I know anyone who does require a kind and caring funeral directors I will be singing the praises of Fosters and especially Lynne.

Organising a funeral for the first time is a daunting task and I have to thank Marie for the professional and compassionate manner in which she dealt with me in organising my dad’s funeral ….she was amazing throughout and kept me fully informed at every stage.

From the moment we contacted Fosters to the settlement of the bill, they genuinely couldn’t do enough for us and did so with such professionalism, empathy and respect. Marie from Newton Mearns, whom we dealt with, was exceptional. She was so patient, respectful and helpful and spoke us through everything and was always a reassuring voice along the way. Absolutely no pressure at any point and we will 100% use Fosters in the future.

We just lost our dad. Lynne made a bad situation easier to deal with. She was an absolute darling. She advised us about different things we could do regarding dad. She was helpful and listened to what we wanted for him. She looked after dad well and we didn't have to compromise any of our wishes. Would definitely use Fosters again. Due to the excellent support I received previously with Fosters in Clydebank I had no doubts using them again when my Aunt passed away. The whole process from start to finish was seamless which took my own anxiety away knowing that everything was in safe hands. Kerry helped and supported me with every detail and also organised our celebrant Gordon who delivered a lovely life story.

The team at Fosters delivered a very professional service with empathy, respect and dignity before, during and after the funeral service. Lynne in Dunfermline made a very difficult time , arranging Mums funeral, much easier and more pleasant than anticipated. From start to finish we were gently steered in the right direction and the crematorium tribute and the following wake were an absolute tribute to Mum. Thanks Lynne.
Lynne arranged Dads funeral too, albeit a wee while ago ,and the whole arrangement was fabulous too ….hence the reason we returned.

Our Uncle sadly passed away just before Christmas so my family needed to navigate funeral arrangements over Christmas/New Year and into January whilst also living further away. Marie made the whole process very easy from start to finish. Her communication, organisation, attention and empathy could not be faulted. Marie made all the organisation very personal to our family, including her recommedation for the Celebrant at the crematorium. Despite the very sad circumstances I don't think our Uncle's funeral could have been more perfect and I think he would have been very happy with his send off! With the pain of suddenly losing our dad, we were all lost and didn't know where to begin. Fosters were a name that was recognised from a previous funeral, so we called them... Wow what a service from Jess and the team! Immediately comforting, gave all the time and support we needed to allow us to plan a funeral that really summed up dad. Listened, suggested, never pushy, no sales, just compassion, understanding and empathy. We actually ended up with something so much better that we had even thought of, much more dad and a real celebration of life. Their way of working made us think we were planning everything but in reality all the hard work was done behind the scenes by Fosters. Much as price was never the main focus, the price was remarkably good too. So a genuine combination of above and beyond service combined with excellent value. Phone calls from Jess to keep abreast of plans also were a source of comfort and support, offering additional help with coming to terms with the loss. Sorted out the most wonderful celebrant in Susan Paul. Wished somehow that we didn't need such a loss to be able to appreciate the wonderful service from Fosters, hope not to have to use them again for many years, but when the time comes we know exactly who to speak to... Thank you to Jess and Fosters Perth for such an outstanding service.

From the moment of walking through the door not knowing how to arrange a funeral we were met by the lovely lynne who talked us thro everything, we were put at ease knowing my dad was in safe hands. There was none of the usual trying to charge for an extravagant cremation it was simple sailing from start to finish, she even delivered the flowers to our front door afterwards, I would & will be using there services for every other funeral/cremation that we need again. I can write that Lynn Turner is an Angel without wings.She is kind.good,charismatic and puts a lot of love into the work process.However,the people she works with are sad and very confufesed after losing a loved one! She is the best!

We dealt with lynne ar dunferline fosters and we couldnt thank her enough her compassion and understanding at a difficult time was second to none such an amazing women and felt really understood

just want to say how amazing fosters have been, lynne especially has been amazing with us all after the loss of our mum, she went well above and beyond at not only looking after my mum but looking after all of us, this was the first funeral i was arranging and she helped explain everything to me, i would 100000% recommend fosters i could never thank you guys enough
