6 hours of hard work to shoot and edit a home...now down to 2 hours. 30 minutes to shoot, 60 minutes to process, 30 minutes to tweak and upload...done! The photos look better than my edits and my overseas editor as well. Colors are great, special effects give my realtors choices they did not have before like staging and twilight shots. My client base feedback is A+++ all the way. Not a single complaint after editing over 50 homes since switching to Fotello.
In addition, customer support is the best! Very friendly, easily corrected 2 glitches I had and adjusted my payment immediately. I am truly 100% satisfied with every aspect of Fotello. It has made real estate photography fun again not having to using flashes and being able to fully concentrate on composition. My time is valuable and this cuts the workload 60% at least. I am one happy photographer! Thanks Sam and Ayush and the Fotello team 🌹🤙😎

Heads up before subscribing: I asked Fotello to cancel my plan by email on October 7. Support replied asking for my reasons, I answered on October 9, followed up on October 12, and still received no cancellation confirmation. As of October 16, my plan is still active with a renewal scheduled for October 17. There is no clear cancel button in the app. The editing itself may work for you, but make sure you know how to cancel before you sign up.

Fotello makes editing real estate photos quick and easy. I love the professional look and ease of use. My customers appreciate the delivery process and listing website. Overall Fotello has been a wonderful tool for real estate photography.

Fotello has helped me build my real estate media business, website, and more! I love how easy and fast it is from uploading photos to delivering them to a client. Most importantly, when ever I may have questions, there is always a real person available to help walk me through any of my questions.

As a real estate media professional relying on efficient post-processing workflows, Fotello has been a major disappointment—specifically regarding their sky replacements and bracket blending. Despite explicitly selecting "original sky," the software frequently overwrites it anyway. It also consistently mistakes smooth ground surfaces, like lakes or snow, for the sky, mapping clouds onto the ground while actively erasing power lines. Ghosting is another unresolved issue; bracketed exteriors always show movement artifacts in trees and flags. Worse, if you use their AI tool to fix their own processing errors, you are charged extra after two uses. The only free alternative is waiting 12 hours for a manual human fix, which kills standard turnaround times. With these unresolved core issues, I doubt this platform will survive much longer unless some big improvements are made.

I’ve been using fotello for now close to a year…. my clients are beyond happy with the results. I switched over from an a7s iii to a7v.. originally the raw files weren’t comparable. I expressed my concern with the files capabilities with the Fotello team. They worked hard and got the A7V to be compatable!!! Very happy with Fotello!!! Ty!!

I have been using for Fotello for over 18 months. They have been amazing from the beginning. Their customer support is extremely responsive and the editing is the best of any platform. I have photographed over 1000 properties and personally manages staff of 18 photographers and editors. I mean it when I say Fotello is the best platform on the market..
