I’ve worked with Foundational Evolution on and off for the past six months, and the experience has been exceptional. The level of professionalism, communication, and attention to detail consistently exceeded expectations. They are highly solution-oriented and go above and beyond to ensure excellence at every stage of the work.

In particular, their support with coordinating footage for our dual enrollment program was outstanding. They maintained the integrity, efficacy, and vitality of Career and Technical Education while also beautifully highlighting the program we’ve built from the ground up. What stood out most is that this work clearly goes beyond business; it’s about elevating people, illuminating opportunity, and honoring what’s possible when we work together. I’m truly grateful for the partnership.

Dr. Sumpter is great to work with. I had to trust his professionalism and ability to get things done in my absence. He did not disappoint! Dr. Sumpter works well with other contractors and as team we had a very successful Y.E.S. event! I plan to continue working with his company. Job well done.

Dr. Sumpter is well-versed and knowledgeable about the iCEV curriculum and the benefits of such a program in a correctional environment.  He worked unwaveringly over several months to help us provide our students with an additional avenue of correctional education.  The students who participated in the pilot program are equipped with practical knowledge, hands-on skills, and industry-recognized certifications to present to potential employers upon their release from prison as they successfully reenter their communities.  I highly recommend his services and expertise to your organization.

Dr. Sumpter and the team at Foundational Evolution are truly exceptional. From the start, they demonstrated unwavering commitment and enthusiasm in collaborating with our organization to develop innovative methods for teaching and enhancing soft skills among our student-athletes. Their expertise and persistence were evident throughout the process, as they shared relatable, kid-friendly content that resonated with our student-athlete. Moreover, they cultivated a welcoming and supportive environment that made learning the fundamentals of public speaking an engaging and enjoyable experience for both our student-athletes and everyone involved. Last, but certainly not least, the team was very organized, professional, and flexible and was able to accommodate considering various circumstances!

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed the consultation experience with Foundational Evolution. Our consultant took the time to research the resources applicable to my son’s needs prior to our meeting. The meeting presentation was clear and concise. Our consultant also followed up on the meeting in a very timely manner which added depth to our confidence in the consultant and the services offered by Foundational Evolution. I highly recommend the company.

The consultant is always willing to listen and learn the needs of the institution. He did not come with a cookie cutter plan for implementation. Those involved/stakeholders were engaged and involved every step of the way. There was constant opportunities for input, monitoring and adjustments. The consultant was a team member which is needed to establish trust.

Dr. Sumpter is extremely knowledgeable and experienced yet still cares about his clients. He will listen to your needs and work with you to design the perfect system for success. Highly recommend!
