Total Scamsters ordered numberplate electric flipper nearly £30 they sent a metal numberplate bracket no motor no electrics and worth about £3 of temu

AVOID, AVOID, ABSOLUTELY AVOID
On March 22nd, I ordered two corner cat scratching tables (left and right) for a total of about €80. After countless reminders, the order still hasn't been delivered, except for a small piece of fabric they claim is my order. They're scammers. I've requested a refund at least 10 times because, after two months of waiting, I had to find a replacement for the furniture I needed, and I tried another solution. The refund never arrived, and the emails they send in response are vague, obviously not mentioning the possibility of getting my money back.
I checked their website, but there's no trace of the product advertised on Facebook, where I placed the order.
THEY'VE LITERALLY DISAPPEARED.

Jürgen deines Tages kam ein Paket aus China, wo ein Stück Teppich drin war🤬

Man sollte Firmen aus dem Internet immer vorher überprüfen, bevor man irgendetwas bestellt!!!

Don’t used these dreadful people. They sent me the incorrect item and I have been asking for a refund and they have just ignored me so do yourself a favour and shop some where else! They stole my money!

Do not ever buy anything from this so called company. I have been totally scammed - keep being sent ridiculous responses (clearly AI). Did not receive what I ordered and I doubt I will get any sort of refund. I wish I had checked here first!

Product shipped absolutely not according to description. I complained and got lengthy reply from an AI bots multiple times. Got a 2euro refund on a 39eur purchase. Complete scam.

Scam. Ordered a furniture and received a piece of paper.

Monate vergingen nach der Bestellung, Emails sollten mich mit Entschuldigungen vertrösten, Visa hat mein Geld für mich erstritten. Ware die angekommen ist, war komplett anders als beschrieben.

Items ordered have still not arrived after 10 weeks. Not even given a tracking number. Have asked for money back and just getting what feels like automated responses.
Very disappointed
