Bought two cans of spray 2oz and 3oz. 2oz works great. 3oz didn’t spray. Contacted them multiple times. Emails and a phone call. Asked for video proof sent that. And They quit communicating with me. Save your money and buy from a more reputable company.

I wanted to return the items in order #BN8867. I was not able to receive them due to my location. So I asked to return the whole order unopened, in original packaging. Foxlabs did not return my emails. They don't pick up the phone. I left them voice mail and only then I received a single reply stating that they don't offer returns for pepper spray. Even though it is all they sell. And they have Change of Heart Policy published that says only used pepper sprays cannot be returned. Its a company completely not interested in supporting its customers. Do not support them with your wallet!

This is their reply "We received a voice message from you, but received no email from you. We do not accept returns on pepper spray. "

And this is their Change of Heart Policy

"We understand that from time to time a customer has a change of heart after placing an order. Any order cancelled before shipping will be refunded in full. Returns of shipped products are accepted if Fox Labs is notified within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in new and unused condition. All “change of heart” returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10% which will cover shipping and handling costs.

*No used sprays can be returned for any reason other than defective issues for which refund or replacement will be at the sole discretion of Fox Labs.
