Comprei um jogo a 25 de Setembro de 2025 e forneceram-me uma conta. Neste momento não tenho acesso a essa conta, o email de recuperação é o desta empresa e em vez de me indicarem o código para poder resolver o assunto, preferem não o fazer e desta forma bloquearem-me o acesso á conta. Como já vi aqui noutros comentários, é prática comum fazerem a recuperação de contas, visto que têm todas as informações pessoais do momento do registo, e assim bloqueiam o acesso e provavelmente voltam a vender a mesma conta a outra pessoa. Deveria ser possível dar 0 estrelas no trustpilot porque está desonestidade nem 1 estrela merece.

A password da conta hotmail e psn foram alteradas e só vocês poderiam aceder ou recuperar.
E se isso que dizem é verdade, então porque não me dão simplesmente o código de recuperação que foi enviado para o vosso email e o assunto fica resolvido? Depois disso trato das alterações, mas se não querem cooperar em algo tão simples é porque têm outros interesses e pelas outras reviews feitas aqui dá para ver que fazem constantemente como parte do vosso scam.

Engraçado que a pontuação de 1.9 não me indica grande satisfação de quem usou os vossos serviços.
Relativamente ao assunto que interessa, eu não vos estou a culpar, estou sim a acusar de desonestidade! O email ngame@gmail,com é vosso não é? Está activo não está? Esse é o email de recuperação da conta Outlook, e vocês podiam simplesmente dar-me o código de recuperação quando o pedi e o assunto já estava resolvido.

Engraçado como pedem para enviar um email, só para que não continue a escrever aqui. Sim, porque não ter qualquer resposta 6 dias depois de vos enviar o email é a única conclusão a que se pode chegar! Mais uma vez a desonestidade a vir ao de cima.

Bought an Epic Games account on Kinguin from this HORRIBLE SCAMMER seller FOXNGAME, worked fine for about a year, then suddenly got taken back by the original owner. Lost access completely and can’t recover it.
Basically paid for something I never truly owned. Would not recommend buying accounts here.

Took 24 minutes to get the info, I was quite confused why it didn’t say the account details on kinguin. It had the link to this website which makes you was 5-30 minutes. I did eventually get it no problem so it’s legit-ish. I bought sleeping dogs from kinguin.net

Hello I ordered Bioshock for ps4 and they didn't send me anything I was waiting for more than two hours and still nothing and I send them an email to complain about the issue and they didn't answer me

I bought a fortnite account from them and I've been waiting for it to be completed for several hours now. I haven't received an email or password for the new account. It still says processing. And they don't respond to emails.

Had to wait half a day for my Epic Games account with Hitman WOA.
Half year later I get locked out because they seem to have filed an account recovery procedure with Epic using information that I could not access (like official first & last name and place of residence they used when creating the account). Now I can't fight it.

Bought a key to a game thats been alerady activated, but then asking me for senitive account details for key replacement, i refused and bought another but working key from other but this time good seller, not recommended.

i bougth 3 keys from the company and when i was going to put all the 3 codes in it was not real, they refuse to give me 3 new real codes or my money back so im going for legal charges againts these guys!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Kupiłem konto do gry od tego sprzedawcy i niby wszystko było ok, ale konto miało jakiś znajomych i inną grę, której nie powinno być. Sam e-mail który jest powiązany z kontem jest do zalogowania w nieaktywnej poczcie przez co nie da się nic zrobić na koncie. Na odpowiedź od sprzedawcy można czekać do znudzenia. Czuje się oszukany i straciłem w sumie 10 zł.

I strongly advise against buying anything from Foxngame. I purchased what was listed as a 12-month Xbox Game Pass Core subscription, expecting a standard activation key that I could redeem on my own Xbox account — just like every other reputable digital store provides.

Instead, I was sent login credentials to a fake Microsoft account created by the seller under a fabricated identity. The subscription was pre-applied to that account, which made it completely unusable for me. I was never warned clearly that this was how the product would be delivered.

Worse still, the delivery flow is designed to deceive: the Kinguin inventory shows a “Show key” button, further suggesting I was getting a proper redemption code. Instead, it redirected me to an external site that simply handed over fake credentials.

When I complained, the seller refused to help or issue a refund. They closed the case without acknowledging that the product was misleading, unusable, and totally out of line with how digital subscriptions are normally sold. They showed zero accountability, even though I never used the product and flagged the issue immediately.

Foxngame is not trustworthy. Their methods are shady, their listings lack transparency, and they clearly rely on fine print to justify unethical practices. Stay far away.
