Ordered a pair of fox gloves back in September they have split down the seam after 3-4 uses I’m looking to buy a new helmet proframe from fox i figured they would have come back to me after sending 6 emails for them to send a new replacement when I’m buying a new lid. Don’t bother buying from these guys they never reply. Sounds like they only have one person in customer services. Very disappointing from a big US Company expected more

Placed an order for Youth Defend Shorts on 12th March. Got a text on 17th March to say parcel would be delivered 18th. It never arrived. Managed to get through to Carlos (who must be the one and only customer service agent), who told me it was a Brexit issue. He told me he would cancel the order and process my refund, and that he would send me a 20% discount code that I could use to re-order the shorts. I placed another order on 24th March as he assured me the Brexit issue had been addressed. The second pair have still not arrived either. I managed to get through to Carlos again on 31st March and bizarrely he assured me that my first order was on its way to me. He was so sure that I would get the first order that he said he would cancel the second order. I have not received either order, there is no update on the tracking information and now I can't get through to customer services to try for a refund of £130. I am on hold as I write, and I have been on hold for 2hrs and 57mins!!! I have also tried emailing but you get zero response. Very disappointed. Don't waste your time or money.

Ordered some items early march never arrived impossible trying to get hold of customer service, once I escalated a claim with Paypal then heard from them, they said would send another item but never got anything.
Looks like Altamont Capital is a big investor of Foxhead greedy capital co with only one interest forget this brand.

Very frustrating company to deal with , ordered some clothing from fox racing site as wanted genuine top. Was given a 3-5 day delivery but 3 weeks later UPS tracking says no information available. I emailed company and have had no response other than an automated reply . On hold for 30mins , 3 times but unable to get through.
For such a well known brand in its field the customer service is appalling .

Ordered items three weeks ago and the UPS tracking says: Package Status Not Available!
No communication, no update.
Wandering if FOX US knows how is somebody ruining their Name.

VERY VERY VERY BAD customer service. Nobody knows wth is going on when you call. I ordered replacement buckle base for my Comp 3 motorcross boots in NOVEMBER 2020 and have called 8 times. I get a different person and answer EVERY time. Still no replacement part. It's INSANE!

Does anyone actually work at this company. My order did get dispatched but was immediately returned to sender, and since then they have not replied to any e-mails, the phone line is always busy and can't leave a message as their mail box is full. I even tried calling on the dot of 9am when they open and all of their staff were still busy then!!!!!!!! Trying for a refund but guess no hope of that. Don't buy from these people unless you want hassle

i placed an order on the 9 march and have had no success in contacting them to find out where my order is, either my phone and or email.

Do not order from this company. I'm so shocked that a supposedly reputable company ignores emails and social media messages asking for an update on their order. I tried to buy a helmet for my husband birthday after the website saying shipping 3-5 working days. Received a tracking number which then told me only today 2 weeks after my husbands birthday that they are sending it back to the seller. No explanation, no refund- now having to go through the task of trying to get my money back through credit card company. Very shocked that such a big company can just take your money and not send the goods.

After ordering some pants I did get a bit spooked by the reviews, and I was curious about stock levels so called the number on their website.

It took a day or so before I got through, which worried me, but when I did get through to Barcelona a really helpful man named Carlos confirmed my order status and sent me a tracking email, which came online that evening as he suggested it would.

My order then arrived in 4 working days (and 24hrs of that was a Brexit-related customs delay in Stanford) out of the stated 3-6, with the correct item, so I was very happy with the service. I guess you either get lucky or you don't! But not every order is going to be a mess like some of the reviews here. Thanks Fox.

Bestellung, Rückversand, erneute Bestellung verlief alles ohne Probleme. Geliefert wurde sehr schnell, der Kundenservice ist Freundlich (Danke an Peter!).

Vreselijke service, echt geen aanrader! Enkele producten besteld waarvan de maat niet goed bleek. Retourverzending via de post moeten versturen, kost €16,40 (zij bieden geen eigen service aan, is dit nog van deze tijd??). Na enkele weken het retourbedrag van de producten zelf wel ontvangen (na herinnering), maar de verzendingskost heb ik nooit teruggekregen. Terwijl dit wel zo wordt aangekondigd op de website (via Paypal). Nooit reactie gekregen op emails hierover, geen gehoor bij telefonisch contact.
De producten zelf zijn erg kwetsbaar (scheuren snel), wat vreemd is voor producten die gemaakt worden voor MTB...
Kortom, ik bestel niet meer bij Fox en raad iedereen af om dit te doen.

Ordered a pair of riding trousers for close to £100. Never heard anything. Contacted them 2 weeks later and was told my refund was processing... still no refund and they have completely stopped responding after that first email, over two months later. Cant believe ive been robbed by a big company like fox. Avoid at all costs

ordered some items, took 4 weeks to arrive. no communication what so ever. purchased clothing elsewhere and returned fox racing items. suppose i'll be waiting another month to get my money back.....

Ordered from what i thought was uk co. Ukfoxhead blah bla. They sent unmatching kit from Barcelona now wont reply to emails.
Be carefull because i think when we deal with co abroad we unknowingly wave our rights to distance sellers act.

I ordered two separate items for different deliveries. Both failed to arrive on time, meaning that I didn’t have any Christmas or birthday presents to give. Absolutely no communication, the phone service doesn’t work and the office is closed despite you calling during “opening hours”...if you’re thinking about emails or event basic email updates? Forget it.

Totally shocked by this company. Ordered a t short for my sons birthday weeks ago, money taken, no delivery. No answer to phone calls, emails or Facebook messages. You would think this is a scam company. I will never buy anything from them again.

As per everyone else writing on here. Ordered some shorts over 3 weeks ago now (not as long as other yet). Nothing has arrived, I have no idea when I will receive the items (if I every will!). No reply to emails or any communication! Supposedly a very reputable company however lack of any customer support is causing a lot of upset customer. I have enjoy fox products in the past pricey but good quality however now I am very reluctant to consider purchasing from them. Such a lack of care for the customer.

Edit - Parcel has now arrived. Updated my rating as the product is good. However I still believe the customer experience was poor (the online order status still says in progress and I had no notification of shipment) - Needs a lot of improvement

Please avoid using this company- it has been a complete farce! They take your order and money- yet deliver no goods!!! Despite calling the customer services numerous times and several emails I was eventually told my order was dispatched and I would receive it the following day!! 5 days later still no items- however unbelievably I have just received an email telling me one of the items are out of stock- they called it a ‘technical miscommunication’ !!!!! I call it a scam and a down right lie!!!! Avoid at all costs

I wouldn't give 1 star ordered 25th November 2020,not recived the order which was xmas prescent, they dont reply to email, or answer the phone, cannot leave a message says it's full really need the hoodie or refund
