It's not easy to build software in the healthcare space. It requires an understanding of clinical knowledge as well as healthcare's intricate legal & regulatory requirements. With little knowledge or experience in this space, they learned everything so quickly and made it look easy. They built an outstanding SaaS product for us and on the first attempt, we passed all the testing needed for use with flying colors!

When building an app, there are so many unaccounted-for problems that come up. No matter what the issue was, I always feel like they are confident in finding a resolution and that it will be handled in a timely manner.
