Coffee is good but most franchises are awful.

Mobile app must have been written by a child. It never works but the owner continues to do nothing about it.

I like visiting small coffee shops but i am giving up on foxtail

My daughter with mild special needs was so excited to interview for a job at the Silver Leaf location. We discussed interview questions, and she was completely hyped FOR DAYS. She was emailed almost immediately for an interview (by phone rather than in person). She was nervous by the first question and stuttered a bit and then the phone disconnected with the storm that passed by. My daughter immediately contacted the interviewer (Ms. Patel) very worried that she gave off the wrong impression, just to be told they are no longer interested in perusing an interview with her. This is so sad to do. This is NOT a career. It's a steppingstone for many youth trying to get their foot in the door and make a little extra money while learning responsibilities. She is traumatized! What a horrible way to give a teenager a first impression of the real world.

A blind person with no arms and legs could make a better coffee than what I had. I could go get sewer water mixed with salt water take a shit in that mixture and it would still be more enjoyable than what I had at foxtail the other day. Absolutely shocking experience.

The stores look nice and sometimes have pretty decent coffee and nice employees. The beans they sell taste sour and old. Several bags from different locations proved to me something is up with their green bean sources. If you are looking to buy whole beans for home. This is NOT the place. Don't waste your money.
