Whoever is organising the darts replays should be sacked. This person does not have a clue. The number of games not shown is absolutely ridiculous.

- You find yourself watching the same repeat series over & over because they never add more to the series or add any new long series....
- Live TV channels are never updates/changed always showing the same shows on repeat
- They make you stream series off your internet to watch stuff, if you haven't pressed record whole series and wait for the new ones to be added.
- The other day we had to pay to watch/rent the old horror movie Saw, to find out Stan had all the 4x Saw movies for free!!

Foxtel is the worst company to deal with. I havenât been a customer for over a year now and they now trying to get more money out of me for something they claim I havenât paid for. My question is why does it take over a year and they still canât explain to me why these charges are for? I called them and no answer from anyone but they are happy to take me to a credit corp. seriously donât bother with foxtel itâs the worst. Just better off with Netflix or Stan or even both still be cheaper in your pocket. Wast of time. Had Two subscriptions with foxtel since it started but was tired of constant repeats,untold commercials,and cancelling channels,and then increasing subscription charges. Have been with Foxtel for over 14 years, we also have our internet through them I have found when renting movies including express release movies the downloading takes forever. After purchasing 3 express release movies for my grandchildren to watch which never managed to download, to renting movies which take forever to download and when you finally receive download complete and start watching you get a message telling buffering complete after 4mins you wonder why you are spending a ton of money each month.. would not recommend to anyone ð

I've been with Austar and Foxtel for 28 years but now they've just went to the dogs.
I had a plan for $52 per month meant to be running until july
2024. A couple of months ago they sent me an email saying the prices were going up, I called them and they said they were streamlining the accounts etc and i'd need to now pay $64 per month. Anyway after a bit of discussion i foolishly agreed to it. Being a Diamond client when i called you used to get someone in Australia as a preferred client, they were great to deal with with fantastic customer service now it's a call centre in the Philippines. Any way last week i get an email saying i'm in debt and haven't paid my account. That was not correct as i'd had a direct debit for well over 20 years, then a text message saying i was behind and contact them to pay up.
I called today and got someone in the Phippines who said that's correct you owe us money I told them it's not possible as i have a direct debit, no you don't she said, I told her it must have been done by them because i hadn't changed anything.
The end result was she got someone to talk to me who said they could do a direct debit now. They just don't get it so after 28 years i've paid up until the end of the month and have given them and their Philippine call centre the flick, they certainly know how to lose long term clients with their terrible treatment of them, keep it up and they'll all be out of a job soon as their treatment of loyal clients and non caring attitude is appalling.

I tried to cancel a service as my 95 year old Father passed and he was the only user. He had the service for 26 years and they did everything to try and resign or not cancel. Hello, the man is dead, who the hell will watch it. So frustrating, especially the overseas call centre, they just don't understand us effectively. Now I will consider cancelling all my services .. Just hopeless, get the jobs back here to Aussies, you cheapskates.

How do I get an F27 Entitlement Error for a series linked program that recorded the day before and the day after, but in between it's not part of my subscription? I know what the error is for and fixing it is irrelevant now but you got to wonder how it happens?

I was unable to cancel my plan online, you HAVE to talk to an operator to cancel and they try every trick in the book to try and retain your business. The person I spoke to was so pushy I had to tell him I'm cancelling and stop trying to get me back onside, the service is crap and I want it cancelled. Now in the process of trying to return my box and I paid for the courier return but it didn't say I needed to print a label which I'm unable to do. Called Foxtel during their normal hours but they are unable to help with my specific issue at this time. I can't believe I stayed with this company for nearly 8 years. Foxtel is just a rip off and I'm so happy that I have now moved to prime, Disney, Netflix etc!

First of all after having my account in credit for 6 months over the Christmas holiday period they suspended some services, when I paid the account I saw a $15.00 fee for non payment so I went online 4 times I asked for the $15.00 to be return and 4 time they refused so today I cancelled the service and I expect a credit but no that is not how Foxtel works, they want to bill me for another month.This company want it all there own way. I also have a corporate account that we use for news channels so I am now going to cancel that one and I will use Fetch TV for the news channels I need. This is all over a $15.00 Late Payment Fee, This company does not listen to its customer and there is no loyalty at all furthermore call centre jobs outsourced overseas, cannot understand most customer service attendants, you can sign up online but not cancel online typical News Corp/Murdoch customer theft. They are not interested in the customer just the income and not committed to satellite delivery as they have sacked 150 Sydney Technicians in relation to installs, they just want to send a box to the delivery address and hook the service up via the internet. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN...

After over 25 years of loyalty and account always in credit, I decided to cut off my service.
I did this only days after my last billing cycle.
They have now charged me a full extra month (next billing cycle) for a service that has been turned off, I don't have it anymore.
They have refused to return my full credit that I took a screenshot of on the day I cancelled.
So now I ask, where is Austars loyalty for their longest serving consumers???
Meanwhile I'm getting at least 8 phone calls a day from their Customer Loyalty Division trying to win me back. Hahahaha.

I disconnected Foxtel over a year ago and without warning they bill my card $172 when I cannot even use their service as I donât have enough data or a satellite dish to use.
