I wrote them 2 emails and they didnt even answer after days

Some issues but still gave a good deal
This last transaction FPX accidentally had their figures incorrect for the amount of gold I would receive for the amount that I payed and after some discussion with their customer support, they still gave me a good deal and overall I'm happy with the times that I've used them. Quality service.

They advertise 10g for joining their…
They advertise 10g for joining their guild and discord, but then ignore you when you ask for it

I joined their discord after they spam invite everyone to join their guild. I went to see what they wanted and its just a gold selling guild. As I was about to leave they said if we joined the discord, they would give us 10g. This is not a charitable action, this is them trying to get you in the discord to convert you into a buyer. The discord says something about putting your info in, and theyll get you the gold. I do that and wait a few days. Nothing, I message the admin and he tells me the same thing but also says their gold giving account is banned so theyre waiting till tomorrow. Never hear back from him. I ask in the discord about it because there appears to be a bunch of other people with the same problem, and not only do I not get a response, but my message gets deleted. And I also notice some other messages that were previously there asking about it are gone too. Seems like they bait people in and hope noone cares enough to write a bad review.

It is true that you can get a 10G reward by joining our discord server, but since our staff sends rewards to many people at the same time, it takes some time to complete. Why are you unwilling to wait? We are very sad to receive your bad review while doing charity activities.

A Business like no other!
A company that is always on time and always deliver excellent customer service. They have one on one with the customer! delivery is fast and the price is cheaper compared to others.
