Quality of product is excellent. THREE areas of improvement: 1. Website - not easy to view *all* available items (or combos of items) at once...you have to click here and there and then it opens up visibility to other combos of items that can be purchased its a bit weird the navigation. 2. Would have been nice to have a bag for the solar panels the same way we have the nice black padded bag for the generator. I have my solar panels wrapped in a big clear plastic bag ... looks tacky and doesnt protect the panels. I would have been happy to pay for a solar panel bag...I'm not asking for it to be free or included. 3. Customer service takes 2-3 days to reply via email. You guys need to be way faster in today's world. Otherwise,.. the product is outstanding!

Lastly: might be a good idea to write in BIGGER and BOLDER letters somewhere on your site that items from a combo purchase SHIP SEPARATELY - that way customers don't panic when they don't receive all items in the first delivery. I saw the note you guys wrote about this on your site - but that's because I'm an avid reader. I am sure a LOT of your customers miss this completly and end up contacting support to inquire about *missing* items.

Make it BIG and CLEAR. :-)

Excellence du service après vente très à l'écoute. Matériel très bien construit et logiciel adapté, mais efficience du panneau solaire un peu insuffisante, le modèle 40 watts portable maintient la station en état de veille mais ne permet pas une recharge en condition d'utilisation intensive.

Livraison efficace et bien organisée, marchandise conforme aux attentes.
Lors de l'installation et le raccordement des panneaux j'ai eu besoin de complément d'information et j'ai toujours obtenu des réponses claires et simples par mail sous 24 H. Le produits semble simple d'utilisation et bien conçu.

Le suivi du colis est parfait et le service clientèle est aux petits soins avec le client et soucieux de savoir si tout fonctionne bien. Ce produit (Jackery 1000 v2) me donne entière satisfaction et est très simple à utiliser.

Il on de bonnes ensemble kit de batterie et il sont compétitif
