Customer service is terrible they are having some internet problem and for the last week they can’t seem to fix it. In the mean time I end up burning up tokens to login to a model in private and they can’t hear or see me. It’s a joke and this has been going on for aweek

Support war bei Zahlungsfragen extrem inkompetent. Hab noch nie so eine Inkompetenz erlebt. Man beschreibt das Problem Ausführlich in 2x Sprachen mit Screenshot und dann fragt die Tante vom Support ob man es genauer beschrieben kann mit einem Screenshot. 😅 Völlig am leben vorbeigelaufen die Leute. Mein verdientes Geld Krieg ich auch nicht .....

It sucks. Every single year I got new problems bcse the people from the support chat or the models on site. As a customer you mean nothing here even though you deposit your money even if u have a premium account.

This site is the dumbest site you will ever be on. These incompetent people that work here have never been trained nor do they or will they help woth anything. They will steal your money not help oh and if you spend a lot of money they will not compensate you or will you earn any type of rewards. Stay away there are plenty of other great site compared to these idiots

Stripchat promises exclusive private viewing, but I noticed that members can simply watch while thinking they're alone in exclusive private viewing.
I've contacted the administration about this, but haven't received a satisfactory response.
A customer was simply present via a different streaming service while I was paying for exclusive private viewing.
I wanted my tokens back because this isn't possible, but they simply refused.
Recommendation: Don't buy tokens from Stripchat, but rather from Chatubate or Bongacams, for example.

Getting help with my education and learning skills plus helping me tipping. So I can’t really complain. Stephen
