Service at ist best!

Nach etlichen Jahren tat es der On/Off-Switch meines Core500-Cube-GehÀuses nicht mehr und ich bestellte diesen letzte Woche als Ersatzteil. Leider konnte ich den geforderten Kaufbeleg nicht mehr beibringen. In einer Mail an den in Hamburg ansÀssigen Service fÌr D/A/CH teilte ich mein UnverstÀndnis Ìber die Forderung des Kaufbelegs mit - fÌr eine ET-Bestellung sollten doch wohl Modell, Typ und Seriennummer reichen. In sehr freundlichen Worten erlÀuterte man mir (am Wochenende spÀt abends!) die HintergrÌnde - die internationale Firmenstruktur mache den Verkauf von Ersatzteilen aus steuerlichen und rechtlichen GrÌnden derzeit sehr schwierig und man arbeite mit Hochdruck an einem zentralen Erstzteil-Onlineshop.
Langer Rede kurzer Sinn: Heute fand ich ein komplettes In/Out-Panel bestens verpackt im Briefkasten, aus Schweden. Ohne Berechnung. Das ist entschieden mehr als ich erwarten konnte. Zusammenfassend stelle ich fest - ein besserer Service geht nicht. Meine Hochachtung!

Great product and first-class support

My 3rd case from Fractal and first time using their customer support.

Had a small issue with a panel gap on my new case - I just sent a photo and the next business day a new replacement front panel is already on its way. Quick and hassle-free customer support experience.

The rest of the case has great build quality, as expected from Fractal. It's great to see a company stand behind its products and immediately remedy any build quality issues with a replacement part so quickly.

免莹提䟛替换件

机箱䞊的io挡板坏了因䞺是圚日本买的抱着试䞀试的感觉联系了官方客服。结果官方没有任䜕犹豫居然真的寄了䞀䞪过来。寄的时候以䞺䌚发到付毕竟䞀䞪替换件可胜价栌没运莹莵结果也没有收莹。非垞满意的服务。

acrylic window replacement

I accidentaly brokey PC case's acrylic glas window. Contacted Fractal whether they could offer me a replacement.

Instead they offered me to send one to me for free if I could provide them with the original invoice of the case.

After sending them the invoice, I received a new window from Fractal about a week later.

That's the best support I could have hoped for!

Le service client rêvé

J'ai un boitier fracral design define mini c depuis maintenant 9 ans et j'en suis trÚs satisfait. Il est silencieux et bien fini. Je mets cet avis aussi longtemps aprÚs car mon bouton power a commencé à ne plus bien fonctionner mécaniquement et j'ai contacté le service client pour savoir si il avait un solution à me proposer pour le réparer ou des modÚles pour que je puisse le remplacer. Mais même aprÚs que la garantie des piÚces détachées soit largement dépassée, ils m'ont envoyé un kit pour le remplacer à leur frais.
Si je dois changer de boitier un jour, c'est le genre d'expérience qui donne envie d'acheter chez Fractal Design

Replacement parts sent for free(!)

I bought a Fractal case many years ago, and recently a small plastic part got broken. Nothing big, but online there is no replacement part for that anywhere, so I asked the support just for the sake of it...
And guess what, they asked nothing, not even a photo or a purchase receipt (long gone anyway), they just sent me a whole SET of those plastic parts! For free. From Sweden.
10/10 will break parts again

Good experience.

Products are of good & performant quality and customer support is second-to-none: After breaking the front audio I/O ports on my case through my own fault, support promptly responded to my inquiry regarding buying a potential replacement component by sending me the necessary I/O board entirely free of charge. Greatly recommend this manufacturer for anyone looking for good repairability and customer support.

Hinge replacement success!
I made a mistake and bent both of the hinges on the front panel. I reached out to support hoping to buy replacments, they offered to send them out for free if I provided the shipping label. Awesome experience all around. I am very happy to have new hinges.

I bought a Fractal case expecting


I bought a Fractal case expecting premium quality and support to match the brand
 but the reality was disappointing.

The case itself isn’t bad, but the real issue came afterward. During a move, I lost the front and top panels—something that can realistically happen to anyone. That’s when the frustration started. I tried to get replacement parts directly from Fractal, and it was basically impossible.

Fractal didn’t offer a real solution. They don’t supply those parts individually, they don’t have accessible stock for end users, and in practice, if you lose an external panel, you’re out of luck. You’re essentially forced to buy an entirely new case over something that should be a simple replacement part.

For a brand that positions itself as premium, this is unacceptable. The after-sales support in this area is extremely lacking, and it completely undermines the overall product experience.

Conclusion: nice design, but poor support. A case shouldn’t become useless just because a panel is missing. Fractal really needs to improve this.

Review Title: Disappointing Support Loop – Great Cases, Terrible Service Experience

Rating: ⭐⭐ (2/5)

I have been a loyal Fractal Design customer for years; I currently own two of their PC cases, and they have been flawless. However, my first interaction with their customer support regarding the **Scape Headphones** has been an absolute nightmare.

The Issue:
The fabric on one of my earpads came loose. I reached out to support over a month ago, and while they acknowledged the issue, the experience has been a repetitive cycle of frustration.

The Timeline of "No ETA":
* Week 1: "We’ll deal with this, but no ETA on parts."
* Week 2: Followed up. Same response: No ETA.
* Week 3: Followed up again. Still no ETA.
* Month 1: Same generic "No ETA" response, and now the other earpad has broken.

The Frustration:
I am now a month and a week into this process with a broken headset and zero progress. What makes it worse is seeing users on Reddit receiving the "new/improved" version of the headbands and earpads much faster than this. Being told there is simply "no restock" while others are getting handled feels like being brushed off.

Bottom Line:
It is incredibly disappointing that a company capable of making world-class PC cases handles their peripheral support this poorly. I expected the same premium experience I get from their hardware, but instead, I’ve been left in the dark with a failing product and a "wait indefinitely" attitude.

I’m beyond furious at this point. Fractal, you need to do better for your long-term supporters.
