In case you do not have troubles on your visa process, the company is ok. In case of troubles they even do not respond to your Emails! Very bad service!

I rarely leave bad reviews online - but dealing with Fragomen has been such a headache and so time consuming that I feel like i have to share my experience.

I am in a green card process with them through my employer and Fragomen has been the most unprofessional firm I ever had to work with.

So far it has taken them 6 months to file a petition for me - a process that they mentioned should take 3 weeks at most. But its not just the significant delay - they have been asking numerous duplicate requests for information (which I had all provided right in the beginning) and several document revisions that are contradictory (e.g. switching employment dates back and forth). So far the filing has not happened and I would be surprised if they get the petition right.

I can only advise you against working with this firm - they are not the right choice for anything visa or immigration related.

Multiple points of contact and very beaurcratic. Takes at least three days to get a response and even when response is received.

With Fragomen France, they sold 'negotiation through their priviledged access to authorities'. They received exactly zero responses through their 'priviledged' access. I did it faster and better in the end with chatGPT? Waste of money!

Is always a problem with them, they don't give enough information on the processes and the companies always have problems with their constant employees rotation.

Fragomen have no idea of the new immigration system based on digital evisa. I had to repeatedly follow up and they kept saying one or the other and after taking the payment from the company they refused to help saying ukvi wont talk to them and they still charged the company for consultation. Br careful with london based atleast.

My company chose Fragomen to help me to apply for a working visa in the UK. I'd say it's a pretty solid choice.

Overall the communication is clear and prompt. The application took about 2 months and my working visa along with my partner's dependent visa were approved.

At first, I needed to log in to their own system to fill in the forms and upload the documents. Then they'll do some reviewing and move all the information to UKVI. Having done some visa applications before myself, I'd say their process is pretty smooth. I want to especially thank Henry Thourgood-Marshall for his great help in this process.
