How this company are still going is beyond belief.
Ordered over £100 worth of products through Klarna, who i use frequently and have my address on file
No delivery arrived and when questioned they said my address was incomplete.
4 emails later , no reply and no delivery
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS , BLOODY USELESS

Jag avbeställde direkt när jag fick se på fb en fejkad film där Anders Regnell blev skjuten i sin bil för att han hade uppfunnit dessa tabletter. Jag avbokade samma dag som jag beställde. Nu kommer krav på betalning.

They are using AI generated videos and scamming people with fake celebrity endorsements. Stay well clear.

I ordered 3 bottles of CBD capsules, and I am 86 yrs old, already seeing doctor for my condition, i thought from the ( fake) reviews the6 would be good for Arthritis! My Dr. Has advised me NOT to take them, I want a refund, but I see from other messages, that they ma6 refund 35% 8 paid £109, how can inge5 a refund from this bad company ? DESPERATE lady !!!!

Total waste of money, do not do what is advertised.

Har begärt underlaget på min beställning de påstår att jag gjort men får inget?
Oseriöst bluff företag som borde sättas dit ordentligt och tvingas sluta med sina s k affärer

Detta företag är en ren skär bluff som agerar globalt.
Tabletterna de marknadsför varesig det rör sig om energi, potens, bantning eller dylikt är falska.
Även reklamfilmer och uttalanden av kända Läkare eller andra specialister är Ai-genererade och aktörerna är helt omedvetna om att de utnyttjats.
Jag har bett Frank and Frey att återtaga produkten. De är villiga att ge en rabatt på 45% eller att jag skickar tillbaka produkterna senast så att de har dem den 1 Juni. Detta är omöjligt eftersom att de skrev det till mig nu på fredagen 18.47 och den 1 Juni infaller på söndag.
Jag vill gärna komma i kontakt med fler missnöjda kunder så att vi tillsammans kan påbörja och genomföra en gemensam process för att eliminera detta företag att fortsätta sina bedrägliga falska marknadsföringsmetoder av produkter som helt är verkningslösa.
Ju fler som klagar desto fler ringar på vattnet blir det. Sådana här företag skall inte överhuvudtaget få finnas.

Total rip-off, capsules do absolutely nothing and are a waste of money.

Jammer dat je geen review zonder sterren kan kiezen, want dat ene ster verdienen ze ook niet. Ik heb CBD capsules besteld omdat ze beweren dat het tegen chronische pijn helpt. En daarbij ook dat als je niet tevreden bent, binnen 30 dagen kan je reageren en je krijg je geld terug. Mooi niet.
Eerst komen ze met korting van 30%, daarna 35%, zodat ze op het einde gaan zeggen dat ze het geld niet terug kunnen storten omdat het potje open is en ik heb de capsules gebruikt. Ja natuurlijk is die troep gebruikt (mijn man in hoop dat het met zijn chronische rugpijn gaat helpen), anders zouden we niet kunnen weten of het werkt of niet. Oplichters, ze willen verdienen aan mensen die eigenlijk hoop en hulp zoeken.

How can I get a refund

I ordered 1 lot of Keto capsules as a one off order, now they are sending repeat orders & charging me, I did not ask for them nor do I want them, trying to cancel but finding it difficult getting through to them as customer services seem to hit a dead end, can not get hold of them, it’s a con to get your money!!!!!! Email needed!!

SCAM!

Frank and Frey scammed my recovered prostate cancer father into buying potency pills. Instead of just the 3 packs of pills he thought he ordered, they sent him another load of 10 packs of CBD pills and a bill of 500 euros!

After prostate cancer treatment two years ago, he is now cured from cancer but no longer able to "perform". This is something bothering him at a greater level than i could ever imagine and a shame and issue he hid from the rest of the family. Turns out he tried everything offered from public healthcare.

These scammers behind Frank and Frey, are praying on desperate, elderly people willing to try any solution presented to them. Their meds are jumbo mumbo.

Why does this upset me?

They are targeting elderly people on social media using fake AI generated videos of famous Swedish tv doctors to promote their mumbo jumbo. Mikael ”Soldoktorn” Sandström, used in one of the AI generated ads, can be found at Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet, addressing the issue of his name and face being used in fraudulent sales of meds. I am unfortunately not allowed to link to the article in my review. Google it.

They tricked my father into believing this being a legit, revolutionary treatment that Dr Mikael supported and claimed "the pharmaceutical companies doesn't want you to know about".
They even faked an news article saying one of the TV doctors had his apartment blown up by "big pharma" because of him promoting this miracle medicine.

This might seem as an obvious scam to most of us borne in the early times of computers but for those borne in the 50-70s it's not.

My father is close to 80 years old and barely understands how internet, AI and scams work nowadays. He is a proud but humble carpenter, stupid he's not. He is sharp and not fooled in other areas in life but on the internet elderly people like him are fooled because it's not their playground.
He saw multiple videos of at least two doctors, well known to him and other Sweeds from the daily morning show at national TV and he thought it to be real.

SHAME ON YOU!

He thought he ordered 3 jars of meds at a cost of around 65 euro.
Two weeks later 4 jiffypacks arrived with 3 jars of mumo jumbo plus another 10 jars of CBD pills.
They are now trying to charge him around 500 euros for several orders never placed and their strategy is making the returns as difficult as possible.

Please note that the company never sent a single confirmation email of what's been ordered, like any legit company would do.

The "meds" are a herbal shit-show of ingredients, packaged in cheap containers not passing EU standards. The sticky-labels are not even attached properly and its what you can expect of a 3rd world home-made-product. God knows what's inside those capsules.
This is fraud and they know it.

Educate your elderly of scams like this. I thought I had, but this type of scam is new to me.

We have pressed charges and cancelled payments. The sad part is that not all elderly people have family members to support them and fight a scam like this. They will simply feel ashamed and pay in silence. I won't let that happen. This scam shit is going down!

As expected, this reply was sent from Frank and Frey. Except their guilt nonsense and environmental concerns do note that they encourage you using their own email form, leaving no trace of what's been communicated.
