Bought the friends fuckem necklaces , absolutely beautiful loved them, one flaw sticky tape holding the pendants together, contacted Frankly with suggestion to stop using tape as left a mark you had to clean off, got a prompt reply stating take it on board and thanking me for feedback, hopefully they do, but gift is quirky and suits me and my bestie to a tee.

I loved the idea of the necklace,it is worth the money,but it was a little smaller than I expected,you have to look really closely to see the engraved words.

Delivery was quick, product was great and the free stickers were a great touch :)

Quick delivery and a wonderful looking classy necklace with a sweary twist f#@k it looks good and much smaller than I thought which meant it looked classy and unless close you didn't realise what it said which was written beautifully in italics

I received my item within a couple of days of ordering. I notoriously turn green with any plated jewellery and can only wear real solid silver (not my colour) or real solid gold (hella expensive). I bought a gold chain from this website which promises you won’t turn green and I haven’t! Genuinely can’t believe it.

Absolutely love my necklace - well made and fun packaging too. I then stupidly dropped the pendant down the sink! I got in touch with Customer Service and they very kindly gave me a discount to replace it. Even though it was totally my fault! Great company and great customer service.

So disappointed! I ordered 2 items on the 15th of Feb, emailed to find out information on the 8th of March and still haven’t heard anything!

An item was missing from my order. I've tried contacting customer services on Instagram, Facebook and email and haven't received answer. Really disappointed as I love the necklaces I did receive but 2 were meant to be bbf necklaces and I can no longer gift them as one is missing 😭

Excellent experiences! Necklaces are beautiful quality and the gift bag is gorgeous too. No effort needed to make it lovely for presentation! Got myself a necklace too and it hasn't been off since I received it
