Order didnât ship when promised and there was no notification of the change. The website is terrible. Not easy to navigate. Customer service didnât listen to me when I asked them to correct the billing address. They deleted the wrong order with the correct billing address instead of the one I told them to delete. I still havenât received my order. The shampoo is crucial and Iâm now completely out and had to resort to store bought shampoo to get me through.
