The custom jewelry takes a bit long to get to you, but it’s worth the wait. Customer service is good, I love the products.

None of the jewelries last. They tarnish so quick and the for the price the quality is terrible. I’ve tried leaving reviews on their website about the products I’ve purchased but they never posted any of them. Not worth your money.

I bought the mushroom gold ring for my birthday and it tarnished and turned my finger green within 2 days. Very upsetting because the ring itself is so cute but it just didn’t last very long for the amount of money you pay. Very disappointed in the investment

I love FS jewelry, it’s affordable and definitely looks more expensive than it is! The gold has a perfect shine and isn’t as sensitive to environmental factors as my other similarly priced jewelry. I 100% recommend if you’re not looking to break the bank and still feel fancy 💁🏻‍♀️

This place is a scam. They simply don't respond to customer service inquiries. I used the chat function on the website so ask about an order I hadn't heard any updates about in 3 weeks. They gave me the standard auto-greeting, then just didn't respond.

I paid a good amount for a nice necklace for my sister's birthday, and I was so excited to give it to her. Her birthday was now almost two weeks ago, and not even a semblance of an update as to where my gift is.

So disappointed and wish I could just get through to someone so they could process a full refund.

There are a million other places on the internet to get cute basic-Instagram-girl jewelry from. Don't give this one a chance at scamming you too.

Excellent quality. This brand has one of the cutest products and elevates not only your outfits, but also your looks. Which gives such a nice confidence.

Super cute jewelry, but it tarnished so fast and my earring hoops no longer close. Disappointed because of the price to say the least.

I've ordered from Frasier Sterling a few times. All of the accessories and jewelry on their website are accurately pictured. I'll definitely continue ordering from this company, but I have 2 notes to add: 1) shipping takes a while, especially if it's a custom order; and 2) sometimes, the clasps on necklaces, bracelets, etc., do noticeably tarnish. However, Frasier Sterling does state on their website that shipping can take quite some time, and that all of their jewelry should be kept away from water -- so they do warn you about these things.

First, the quality is TRASH. You would think for the price the quality would be somewhat good but i’ve bought better items of amazon. The clasps on the earrings I bought didn’t work and the ring tarnished in about 2 weeks.
Second, don’t buy anything that states it’s a pre order. I ordered a ring that said it would ship out by august 26th. September rolled around and i still hadn’t gotten a notification it had shipped so i went back to the website to see if i had the date correct. When I looked it said it was pushed back to the week of september 6th. So i waited, i checked again today and it’s now saying september 16th, 20 days after the original ship date. Now I have to contact customer service and ask for them to just cancel it because my $30 for one ring has been tied up for too long.
Such a ridiculous excuse for a company.

FS was so good to me. After opening a necklace I purchased on sale, I was saddened to notice the necklace was broken. I emailed them right away, they were so kind and understanding. They sent me a new necklace within that week.

I’m so obsessed with the pieces I ordered. They add funk to my everyday style. I highly recommend their jewelry! I will 100% purchase more from them in the future! Xo

I've purchased around eight or so products from Frasier Sterling over the course of a year, was completely obsessed with their brand, and probably wasted over $300 on their jewelry.

FS jewelry WILL tarnish within WEEKS from your sweat, facial oil, and moisture in the air. Their marketing scheme relies on celebrity promos and constant sales, misleading girls like me into impulse-buying. The $55 gold necklace I bought for my graduation ceremony is now brown and rusty, and most of my gold jewelry is now a dull silver. I'm so frustrated that I wasted all of that money on such cheap jewelry that will continue to tarnish. Buying jewelry from Frasier Sterling is NOT worth the dopamine rush. You will feel robbed just like I did.

I am obsessed with this online store! They have amazing quality, prices are great and they keep me feeling happy all day long with their cute designs! I highly recommend checking them out for personal collection or even a gift!

This is my favorite jewelry store, whether buying for myself or gifting it to someone! The quality is excellent and the pieces are so pretty! I especially love the custom necklaces! Customer service is incredible as well, always on top of it and orders don’t take long to ship! All around great company!!!

This is currently my favorite jewelry shop! Each piece I’ve purchased has been a good and satisfying decision on my end. The only thing I didn’t like is how long it takes for my orders to get to me but I really don’t mind once it comes in because it was worth it.

I've had both good and bad experiences with Frasier Sterling. The quality is inconsistent; however, most of my pieces have been higher quality than other equally priced jewelry retailers I've purchased from.

I love that their lobster clasp is really large and easy to use. I purchased lobster clasp extenders for other non-Frasier necklaces. I also love that they have frequent sales or discount codes on non-sale items.

One of my bad experiences was that a double strand necklace I bought on sale broke after a couple of uses. Since sale items are final, I tried my best to fix it with a chain extender, but I find it odd that this necklace didn't even last a whole year without breaking.
My other negative experience is that I never received a shipping confirmation email for my Frasier fine jewelry piece. I understand that production on fine jewelry items take longer but I never got any update aside from the shipping email for the free ring that came with it. Even on my account, the status is "unfulfilled."

Overall, I'd purchase from them again but probably stay away from their fine jewelry line.

The website was easy to access and I found so many cute pieces that I absolutely loved! My order came quick and the quality of the jewelry is really great. Frasier Sterling has become one of my go-to jewelry places.

2 months before receiving the products. horrible quality of the rings. they tarnished in two days while I was very careful.
Obviously they do sales every day because they know it's not worth the price

I ordered a pair of the huggie charm earrings (customized) and it took a month and 10 days for it to arrive. When they arrived I simply opened the bag they were in and one charm immediately fell off one of the earrings bc the loop it was connected to arrived broken. I looked up the return policy and they don’t return custom items. Now I’m stuck with a $50 broken pair of earrings. Won’t be shopping here again. Horrible quality and company. Don’t waste your time or money.
